Sunday, Aug. 13

Anthony Bubar Sr., 38, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured following a traffic stop on Columbia River Highway near S.E. Havlik Drive.

Lacie Stock, 38, was cited for driving uninsured following a traffic stop on Crown Zellerbach Road near N.E. 3rd Street.

Friday, Aug. 11

Mary Peck, 54, was taken into custody for driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine following a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 51000 block of Columbia River Highway.

Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 52000 block of Columbia River Highway.

Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 33000 block of E. Columbia Avenue.

Kristopher Vanhorn, 50, was arrested for violation of release agreement following a disturbance in the 33000 block of N.W. Prairie Street.

Thursday, Aug. 10

Joshua Asmussen, 19, was cited and released on an outstanding Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant following a traffic stop in the 54000 block of Columbia River Highway.

Sunday, Aug. 13

Christopher Lee Richards, 34, of St. Helens, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a residence in the 34000 block of E. Columbia Avenue in Scappoose.

Saturday, Aug. 12

Larry Alfred Shirley, 47, of St. Helens, was arrested for theft III and criminal trespassing II following a theft at Safeway.

Eric William Nelson, 28, of St. Helens, was arrested for theft II involving stolen bicycles in the parking lot of the McCormick Park Apartments on Old Portland Road.

Robert Kingsley Hull, 37, of St. Helens, was arrested for theft III and possession of methamphetamine following a report of a suspicious person behind the Church of the Nazarene on Gable Road.

Friday, Aug. 11

Nathan Allen Riley, 29, of Clatskanie, was arrested for driving while revoked in the 1100 block of Columbia Boulevard.

Robert Lloyd White, 35, of Warren, was cited and released for theft II following a shoplifting incident at Walmart.

Larry Alfred Shirley, 47, of St. Helens, was arrested for theft III following a shoplifting incident at Safeway.

Tuesday, Aug. 10

Tyson James Geck, 21, of St. Helens, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the parking lot at the IGA Market Fresh store.

Wednesday, Aug. 9

Officers seized a bicycle that was found in the bushes in front of the Franklin Manor Apartments on Shore Drive.

Monday, Aug. 7

Katherine Marie Anderson, 47, of St. Helens, was arrested for probation violation and violation of release agreement following a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 59000 block of Whitetail Avenue.

Sunday, Aug. 6

Officers took a report of a baggie containing suspected methamphetamine that was found on the floor at the IGA Market Fresh store.

Friday, Aug. 4

Rudolpho Garza Jr., 66, of Scappoose, was arrested for criminal trespass II in the 1800 block of Columbia Boulevard.

Michael James Jackson, 60, of Scappoose, was arrested on four counts of violation of restraining order following a traffic stop on N.E. 2nd Street near N.E. Williams Street in Scappoose.

Neil Francis Vandehey, 54, of Vernonia, was arrested for DUII following a traffic stop on Grant Avenue near Bridge Street in Vernonia.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

Samuel Joseph Langwell, 32, of St. Helens, was arrested for unlawful entry into a vehicle and theft II at the county jail following a report of items stolen from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Forest Park Drive.

Monday, July 31

Samuel Joseph Langwell, 32, of St. Helens, was arrested for unlawful entry into a vehicle, theft III and possession of methamphetamine following a report of a prowler at a residence in the 200 block of Madrona Court.

Michael Leon Gilley, 33, of St. Helens, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of N. 12th Street.

Christopher Lee Bartlett, 46, of St. Helens, was arrested for a restraining order violation on Gable Road near McNulty Way.

Richard Leroy Hansen, 49, of St. Helens, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Harper Lane.

Christopher Lloyd Williams, 28, of St. Helens, was arrested on three outstanding warrants and for possession of methamphetamine and giving false information to police on St. Helens Street near S. 4th Street.

Sunday, Aug. 6

Amber Steven, 27, of Rainier, was arrested for DUI following a traffic accident in the 58000 block of Lone Pine Road in Vernonia. There were no injuries.

Friday, Aug. 4

Gregory Clark, 52, of Scappoose, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at the Scappoose Laundromat on S.W. 1st Street in Scappoose.

Thursday, Aug. 3

Adam Rily, 26, of Rainier, was arrested for criminal conspiracy at a residence in the 75000 block of Homeaway Street in Rainier.

Monday, July 31

Michael Moore, 32, of Deer Island, was arrested for harassment and Michael Ryan, 28, of Deer Island, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a disturbance at a residence in the 64000 block of Vocana Lane in Deer Island.
