Monday, Aug. 14

Deputies responded to 26 calls, including three assist other agency, three underage drinking, two domestic, two suspicious person, one suspicious odor, one theft, one assault, one attempt to locate, one deer carcass, one vehicle unlock, one suspicious vehicle, one suspicious activity, one livestock in the roadway, one missing person, one ATV on the roadway, one debris in the roadway and four other calls for service.

The communications center fielded 117 calls, including 16 to 911. Jail population was 24.

Joseph Thomas Morton, 55, of Chaska, Minnesota, was charged with suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Keith Wayne Schnepper, 50, of Evansville, Indiana, was charged with suspicion of OWI, having an open container and a light device color/mounting.

Andrew Bruce Schrorder, 26, of Fremont, was charged with suspicion of OWI.

Harrison Anthony Carter, 39, of Knoxville, was charged with an OWI and operating an ATV on prohibited public lands.

Skyler Ross Spaur, 24, of Knoxville, was charged with suspicion of public intoxication.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

Deputies responded to 30 calls, including three rescue calls, three vehicle unlocks, two wanted person checks, two assist other agencies, two arrest warrants served, two return calls, two reckless driving, two suspicious vehicle, two suspicious activity, one civil, one accident with injuries, one extra patrol, one property damage accident, one theft, one livestock in the roadway, one violation of a no contact order, one motorist assist, one transport and one other call for service.

The communications center fielded 188 calls, including 31 to 911. Jail population was 26.

Jacob Dean VanderHorst, 19 of Pella, was charged with suspicion of domestic assault with bodily injury and was arrested on three warrants.

Donald Aaron Zoutte Jr., 34, of Knoxville, was charged with suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Louis A. Garza II, 22, of Belleville, Illinois, was charged with suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Lee Riley, 36, of Pella, was arrested on a warrant.

Lindsey Ann Visser, 28, of West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant.

Jason Allan Hol, 35, of Pella, was charged with suspicion of a violation of no contact order and burglary in the second degree.

Keanu Eugene Cowman-Meyers, 19, of Pella, was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Lin Kennedy, 68 of Knoxville, was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

Deputies responded to 36 calls, including 13 paper service attempts, four return calls, two livestock in the roadway, two rescue calls, two vehicle unlocks, one incomplete or abandoned 911 call, one fireworks, one ATV on the roadway, one transport, one property damage accident, one suspicious person, one dog at large, one illegal dump, one burglary, one reckless driving, one motorist assist and two other calls for service.

The communications center fielded 183 calls, including 28 to 911. Jail population was 23.

Thursday, Aug. 17

Deputies responded to 41 calls, including 14 paper service attempts, three wanted person checks, three rescue calls, two transports, two return calls, two harassment, two motorist assist, two property damage accident, two incomplete or abandoned 911 calls, two arrest warrant service, one assault, one dog at large, one reckless driver, one follow up, one livestock in the roadway and two other calls for service.

The communications center fielded 143 calls, including 22 to 911. Jail population was 24.

Brandon Michael Pettyjohn, 29, of Knoxville, was charged with suspicion of interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Austin Jay Stierwalt, 27, of Des Moines, was arrested on three warrants.

Eric Blaine Bingaman, 25, of Norwalk, was held for another agency.

Jonathon Michael Bennett, 24, of Des Moines, was held for another agency.

Alexander James Wiley, 23, of Pleasantville, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, Aug. 18

Deputies responded to 26 calls, including five paper service attempts, two reckless driving, two return calls, two incomplete or abandoned 911 calls, one civil assist, one verbal domestic, one vehicle unlock, one welfare check, one transport, one residential fire, one domestic with injury, one rescue call, one vehicle inspection, one follow up, one dog at large, one stranded boat, one livestock in the roadway, one suspicious person and one other call for service.

The communications center fielded 149 calls, including 33 to 911. Jail population was 26.

Anthony Mitchell Bentzinger, 21, of Pella, was charged with suspicion of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Natasha Nicole McDonald, 36, of Knoxville, was arrested on two warrants.

Ronald Michael Kope, 30, of Boone, was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday, Aug. 19

Deputies responded to 36 calls, including 15 paper service attempts, three reckless driving, two transports, three motorist assists, four attempts at a warrant service, one debris, two rescue, two found items, one extra patrol, two vehicle accidents and one other call for service.

The communications center fielded 215 calls, including 16 to 911. Jail population was 31.

Shawn Michael Ramsey, 34, of Knoxville, was arrested on a warrant.

Colt Anthony Smith, 32, of Pleasantville, was charged with suspicion of public intoxication and violation of probation.

Timothy Joel Dabb, 34, of Knoxville, was held on a judgement entry.

Jacob Dean Vander Horst, 19, of Pella, was charged with violation of probation and violation of a no contact order.

Brent David Devoll, 26, of Bussey, was charged with violation of probation.

Nathan Edward Burk, 35, of Bloomfield, was charged with violation of probation.

Sunday, Aug. 20

Deputies responded to 33 calls, including five paper service attempts, six reckless driving, six motorist assists, two attempts at a warrant service, one person with a gun, one juvenile issue, two suspicious activity, one vehicle accident, one meet subject, one traffic control, three return calls, one agency assist, one animal bite and two incomplete 911 calls.

The communications center fielded 67 calls, including six to 911. Jail population was 28.

Joshua Michael Van Baale, 35, of Knoxville, was charged with failure to have a valid drivers license and no insurance.

Rick Eugene May, 32, of Texacana, Texas, was charged with suspicion of public intoxication and carrying weapons.

Allen Wayne Hanley, 22, of Bussey, was charged with suspicion of driving while barred and providing proof of financial liability.

Mark Alan Kent, 53, of Albia, was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Matthew Fuller, 43, of Ottumwa, was charged with suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
