One fan recently tweeted: I JUST WANT BUFFY AND ANGEL TO BE A THING AGAIN.

A second fan added: Buffy would have chosen Angel in the end.

American Politician Stacey Abrams even gave her opinion on the matter after a fan asked her on Twitter if she was a Spike or Angel fan.

She wrote: To be fair, Angel was the right boyfriend for Buffy coming into her power.

Spike was the right man to be with as she became the power.
