Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmareis considered as one of the best DLCs for any game. It introduced zombies toRed Dead Redemptionfor the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It seems like we might be seeing old west zombies inRed Dead Onlineas well.

Data miners from YouTube channel Red Dead Guides have uncovered a few interesting models in-game. The page has discovered that there are nearly 50 types of zombie models in the game. With Halloween season coming up, theres a good chance that we could be seeing these zombies in the games online component.

The zombie models are named under the Army of Fear label. For now, the data miners have yet to uncover how zombies will be added to the game. Rockstar could be adding a new game mode, or they could just be dropping zombies in the open-world as well.

Regardless, were sure that fans ofRed Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmareare going to be very excited about the game.

Having anUndead Nightmarelike DLC forRed Dead Onlineis sure to excite fans and newcomers alike.

Red Dead Redemptionwas a great game on its own already, and it received dozens of accolades. When Rockstar released the Undead NightmareDLC as a standalone game, it was also well-received. Rockstar didnt just add zombies to the game. They included a new storyline as well.

The standalone expansion basically madeRed Dead Redemptionan entirely new experience. Compared to the base game, the story of the expansion was lighter and more quirky.

It will be interesting to see how zombies are going to be implemented inRed Dead Redemption 2sonline component. Its been a while since players have gotten a sizeable content update for the game, and it seems like this new Halloween update will be even better.

Red Dead Onlinestill gets millions of players despite being a few years old already. Whether Rockstar adds these to the world or in a new mode, the results will be exciting. We could be seeing some new teasers or trailers for the upcoming changes soon. Players should keep an eye out as well.

Call of Duty Cold War: Possible Zombie Maps and Teaser Breakdown – Essentially Sports

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War confirmed the Zombies mode on their official website a while back. Since then, leaks have been overflowing around this mode. The studio showed a small teaser during the multiplayer reveal and gave the community their first look at Zombies in BO: Cold War.

This teaser confirmed a few components from the latest BO: Zombies. Firstly, Cymbal Monkey will return in Cold War. A classic weapon from the Black Ops: Zombies franchise, Cymbal Monkey can be seen dancing in the dark during the initial minutes of the trailer.

Cymbal Monkey is currently also a part of the Call of Duty Mobile franchise. It features as a special class in Battle Royale using which players can summon zombies on enemy players.Fans also heard the distinct sound of the Jugger-Nog in the first second of the teaser.

For those unaware, the Jugger-Nog is a perk in Zombies mode. Purchasing the Jugger-Nog gives the player more health and allows them to survive more hits from the undead.

The first shot in the 11-second teaser itself should have reminded hardcore Zombies fans about a map. That staircase was unmistakably from Nacht der Untoten (Night of the Undead), the map first featured in Call of Duty: World at War. It doesnt look the same with the graffiti on the wall, but that was there to probably cast a light on the change of the timelines. World at War took place in the 1940s while Cold War occurs in the 80s.

The teaser confirmed that Nacht der Untoten will be one of the maps available on release.

In the next part of the teaser, the darkroom with the horde of zombies underneath looked like TranZit. This particular map is a huge one and first featured in Black Ops 2.

Nothing about the Zombies maps has been leaked yet. Once the public beta releases, there are chances of more information being released on Zombies in Cold War.

The public beta will release on October 8 for PS4. Xbox and PC users can get their hands on the new COD from October 13.

Avoiding Virgin and other zombies – Glenn Freeman – Livewire Markets

Australias first recession in three decades provides an opportunity for fixed income investors who can navigate the liquidity crunch, interest rate risk and threat of defaults, say Coolabah Capital and Metrics Credit Partners.

The two credit-focused managers presented on the final day of the Pinnacle Investment Summit, where they discussed the current state of debt markets, where they see value and how investors can access opportunities.

The two adopt distinctly different approaches. Coolabah employs a highly active strategy that is largely agnostic in trading government bonds, corporate bonds and hybrids wherever it spots opportunity. On the other hand, Metrics funds focus on commercial property-linked debt securities.

Our portfolio in March held $2.24 billion of major bank senior debt securities and covered securities, but since then weve taken profit and now hold none, says Christopher Joye, CIO and founder of Coolabah.

For us, its about the opportunity set.

Joyes team has bought and sold more than $14 billion of credit products in 2020 so far, executing some 12,000 trades and transacting an average of around 70 times a day in ASX-listed and over-the-counter securities.

We typically execute about $80 million a day to hunt out mispricing, Joye says.

He argues fixed income investors have two choices: chase risk as a way to drive yield, or sift through the world of liquid, low credit risk securities to identify pricing opportunities. The first of these approaches is easier but fraught with risk, while the latter is very labour-intensive.

Those yields are a pure risk trade-off, so youre either taking more default risk, more liquidity risk or more interest rate risk.

Joye turns one of the core principles of investing on its head, contradicting the view that diversification is always a good thing.

In fixed income theres a working belief that diversification is a universally good thingand you often see portfolios with 200, 500 or 1000 bonds. But those are often loaded up on correlated risk, and we mean correlated default, liquidity and interest rate risk.

Joye says this led a lot of portfolios to freeze in March, when liquidity dried up and left investors unable to trade the credit assets they held. These were largely those concentrated in cyclical areas that perform badly in recessions.

The worst-hit debt securities were those issued by airlines, retailers, commercial property owners, residential developers, shopping centres and non-bank lenders that finance riskier borrowers.

Risky business for credit investors

The above examples are one of the three major risk categories Joye highlights, the most obvious being credit risk. This refers to the chance a company that has issued bonds defaults, usually when it has run out of cash to pay bondholders.

One of the most recent instances of a large default in Australia is that of Virgin Australia in November. This occurred after the airline failed to secure an eleventh hour $1.4 billion federal government loan to help cover more than $5 billion in debts partly driven by COVID travel bans, but trouble had been brewing for years.

This was Australias first institutional bond default in 19 years, following on from insurer HIH in 2001. Virgin defaulted and investors are only going to get between 5 cents and 10 cents in the dollar, Joye says.

The trade never made any sense whatsoeverthat was sold to investors with commissions, Joye said.

Why would have you have bought a Virgin junk bond, when you could have bought CBA yields at the same rate? Its a very, very sad story.

Liquidity risk has also loomed large more recently. In March, Bid-ask spreads the gap between what you pay to buy a bond versus the price of selling hit levels not seen since the GFC in 2008. This reflected rising fears that highly indebted companies won't survive the COVID contagion.

In a nutshell, no one wants to buy and everyone moves to cash as liquidity dries up. This remains the primary risk facing fixed income investors in the current environment, says Joye. As massive government stimulus measures are wound back from next Monday (28 September) ahead of treasurys taps turning off completely, many zombie companies those kept barely alive or undead by JobKeeper payments will fail.

Interest rate risk is the other major risk, which Joye says is the second-biggest threat.

If you buy a fixed rate bond with a set 10-year return and interest rates go up, youve locked in your rate. And so, the value of your bond will fall, he says.

But if you have a floating rate bond, its price wont be affected and instead its yield will rise or fall.

Government bonds bring a lot of interest rate duration risk especially during a recession, many people cant afford to wait 10 years for their bonds to mature before redeeming.

AAA rated government bonds, all things being equal are meant to be risk free, but if theyve got duration risk, theyve suffered losses of as much as 2.4% in a given monththats actually higher than the losses weve seen on floating senior bank bonds, says Joye.

Another credit manager from the Pinnacle stable, Metrics Credit Partners managing partner Andrew Lockhart challenges the view that fixed income investing is all about chasing risk.

We believe that the market we operate in is attractive, he says pointing to the prominence of Australias banks within the local economy.

And from our perspective, theres no element of hope, its very much an ongoing involvement, says Lockhart, referencing Joyes claim that yield-chasing investors buy, hold and hope.

Metrics zeroes in on the most illiquid parts of the debt market for opportunity. As property values in some parts of Australia have dipped more than 30%, pressuring bank loan books: thats the kind of stress we look at.

It operates in a handful of key areas, including the provision of:

Since March weve obviously seen heightened risk, but borrowers provide us with very detailed information, Lockhart says.

We really understand the earning impacts, how management is responding, how much cash is on the balance sheet and how much committed funding is available to them.

The funds Metrics creates from these debt assets span the full range of high investment grade credit through to sub-investment grade. And along that risk continuum there are opportunities to generate good returns, says Lockhart.

What if loans go bad?

Where credit quality is deteriorating, a lenders first step is to ask the company to inject additional equity.

But if shareholders arent willing, then it could require an asset sale program and those proceeds then used to pay back lenders, says Lockhart.

If the risk is still unacceptable to a lender, it can then trigger a default and then crystallise some of those falls in securities.

But he emphasises that as a non-bank lender, Metrics doesnt have the same risks in that banks often become forced sellers: because theyre highly levered and theyre regulated.

Our concern is to ensure capital is preserved, which may mean equity value goes to zero, but it doesnt mean that your debt value is lost.

Comparing Metrics approach and areas of focus with Coolabah, Lockhart appreciates that Joyes team can buy and sell in a day, but for us it will often take 12 months or more to complete a transaction.

Were not trying to be a lender of last resort, but we are a provider of capital to these companies to support them, Lockhart says.

Building good relationships and good networks before originating loans is crucial.

He believes perhaps the biggest opportunity locally is the shifting dynamic that means banks are no longer the natural holders of credit assets on their balance sheets a change that has been in train since the end of the GFC.

That creates opportunities for us in speed to market, the ability to move quicker with borrowers and to take advantage of the illiquidity, Lockhart says.

Bank balance sheets will continue to shrink, and borrowers will continue to look for alternative sources of fundingand in Australia there isnt a lot of those.

The global nature of the recession means even foreign banks have pulled back from lending locally, further expanding the opportunity for Australian non-bank lenders and debt investors.

Of course, there are sectors Metrics wont touch because of structural challenges. It has never loaned to media companies because of the many long-term pressures faced by print and broadcast companies.

Student accommodation has also never made the grade due to poor debt servicing capacity.

Youre relying on demand for foreign students to come here to attend domestic universities, things that are outside the control of your borrowerthat was always of concern to us, says Lockhart. His team is also not confident of exiting quickly enough if credit quality was to deteriorate.

Other parts of the tourism sector are excluded too in addition to aviation, as mentioned earlier along with hotel and retail property REITs. We stayed away because theyre exposed to discretionary consumer spending which would see us as having an unacceptable risk.

We operate in what is an inefficient, immature debt market in Australia, where most companies are unrated and rely heavily on banks for fundingwhich means liquidity often drives pricing, Lockhart says.

Were actually generating a return because of the opaque, inefficient nature of the market.

Health experts: Stay safe, be creative and dont cancel trick or treat – Massillon Independent

A recent Harris Poll indicated 80% of the general public could not imagine Halloween without Trick or Treat.

The Halloween season is a special time for Sara Outzen.

The Canton mother of a 3-year-old daughter would hate to see any Halloween activity, especially trick or treat, get canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She believes the holiday events are controllable.

"People can choose whether or not they want to participate," Outzen said.

Shes not alone. About 80% of people surveyed in late June said a Halloween without trick or treat would be unimaginable and they also said trick or treat is irreplaceable, according to The Harris Poll.

Heres the good news:

Medical experts and community leaders dont want trick or treat canceled, either. They said most Halloween activities can be adjusted to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.

"I would hate for kids to miss out on those activities. They are essential parts of childhood," said Dr. Gina Robinson, a pediatrics specialist for the Cleveland Clinic.

Gov. Mike DeWine said Thursday that local officials, individuals and parents would make the final decision on participating in Halloween activities. A day later, state health officials issued some guidance for the holiday season.

The recommendations included parents limiting the number of houses children visit and avoiding homemade treats. They also suggested celebrating the holiday with drive-thru or drive-in events with children in costume and face coverings staying in cars to collect treats from individuals spaced 6 feet apart.

Do it safely

North Canton was one of the first communities to announce trick-or-treat times in Ohio. Mayor Stephan Wilder briefly considered a Halloween without the candy tradition but only briefly.

"With everything that has been closed, trick or treat gives people an opportunity to take the kids out and do a family activity in a safe manner," Wilder said.

Robinson suggested trick-or-treaters and parents use facial masks, maintain 6-feet distances, stay in small groups (less than 10) and be flexible for changes.

"This is not normal times," she said. "Try to form a line up to the door. I think kids are pretty used to those things, so I dont think it will be a hard ask."

People passing out candy could pre-package the goodies and set them up in a "take-and-go" style, "so kids are not putting their hands into a big bowl," Robinson suggested. They should also wear masks.

"It is harder to spread COVID outside but it is not impossible," she said.

State health officials recommended candy wrappers be sanitized after families arrive home and that children eat only factory-wrapped candy. Avoid homemade treats, they said.

Do it creatively

The National Confectioners Association representing the candy and chocolate companies are encouraging people to be creative with the Halloween season during the pandemic.

A national survey in late July found 80% of people said they could celebrate the holiday in a creative and safe manner amid the outbreak, so activities would not be canceled. The poll was conducted by Morning Consult.

"There are plenty of ways to celebrate," said Lauren OToole Boland, spokeswoman for the National Confectioners Association.

The groups suggestions include hosting Zoom costume parties, scary movie night at home and trick or treat inside the house if families do not want to walk the neighborhoods.

Dr. Stephen Ostroff, a former deputy commissioner for the National Center for Infectious Diseases, has outlined some other ideas for families and communities.

His considerations, in conjunction with the National Confectioners Association, included:

Get creative with face coverings and integrate them into your childs Halloween costume.

Trick or treat at familiar households and alert them ahead of time so adequate distance is practiced. Children can show off their costumes to neighbors and treats can be ready so there is no direct contact.

Bring hand sanitizer and clean childrens hands frequently.

"I think it is so important people have access to all this information and consider fun ideas vetted by experienced health experts," OToole Boland said.

Getting creative

Andrew Beattie and his family created a six-foot long "candy chute" to pass out treats safely amid COVID-19 guidelines. Their chute recently went viral after photos were posted on Facebook.

"It seemed like a solution to a number of problems," he said.

The Cincinnati father said they have wanted to create a different trick-or-treat system for years to help families with disabled children. Then COVID-19 arrived.

Beattie, who has an auto immune disorder, and his 6-year-old daughter, crafted a six-foot long, four-inch wide cardboard tube into a candy chute. It was decorated and already put up outside on an incline.

At the bottom of the chute, a sign has been posted that instructs trick-or-treaters where to put a bucket or bag to catch the candy. Beattie plans to use surgical gloves to handle the goodies. His idea has been cited by state officials as a creative way to distribute treats.

Beattie said if people get smart and creative with the Halloween season, it could help community spirit during the pandemic and "boost our self-esteem."

It definitely would make Outzen happy if the pandemic didnt ruin trick or treat. She has accepted other cancellations, but "God help me, dont touch Halloween."

Wondering Why You Recognize That Scary Music in Ratched? It’s Pulled From a Classic Thriller – POPSUGAR

Netflix's Ratched includes a few callbacks to iconic horror properties that came before it. This story, based on Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, not only plays up bold significant colors of red and green but also relies heavily on intense music throughout. Longtime Ryan Murphy collaborator Mac Quayle took the reins for this project, and if you thought some of the music sounds familiar, there's a reason.

Right off the bat, Ratched takes inspiration from the film Cape Fear specifically when it comes to the score. Throughout the first season, you'll hear not just snippets from the iconic score of the original film and its remake but also new music inspired by it. The music from the original Cape Fear was composed by Bernard Herrmann for the 1962 film. For the 1991 remake, directed by Martin Scorsese, Elmer Bernstein took Herrmann's original score and adapted it for the new film. In Ratched, you can easily hear inspiration from both (which naturally still sound very similar and very, very intense).

Cape Fear, based on the novel The Executioners, is a psychological thriller with the same darkness as Ratched, though not nearly as much gore. It tells the story of a convicted rapist seeking revenge against the man who put him away. When you take a look at the very basic storyline, you can see how similar it feels to Edmund Tolleson seeking his own revenge in Ratched. It's worth pointing out that the places the Cape Fear score pop up in Ratched are largely tied to Edmund's violence, like in episode two when Father Andrews is recalling the night that Edmund killed the four Catholic priests he lived with. This is probably the most prominently displayed instance of the Cape Fear soundtrack, but listen closely elsewhere in the show for inspiration and samples of the music.

Listen to Herrmann's original theme for 1962's Cape Fear below, and check out Bernstein's adaptation here. We'll have to wait to see if the show gets a season two before we'll know if the thematic music will stick around.

Nightmares Vs. Night Terrors: Whats The Difference? – The Fresh Toast

Nightmares and night terrors are terms that are often used interchangeably. On the occasions when a differentiation is made, its assumed night terrors are simply more intense versions of nightmares, which isnt true. While both situations are similar both influence sleep quality sleep there are some key differences that matter, especially if people dont know the kind of condition that theyre dealing with.

Nightmares are very common, affecting most adults with varying degrees of regularity. While some people might have more nightmares than others, people can experience them without worrying about a deeper condition. Nightmares are more likely to occur when youre disturbed by something, whether its an ongoing problem or stressor in your life or a scary movie you recently watched. New medications can also trigger bad and often vivid dreams.

When it comes to night terrors, this subset of bad dreams are far less common, especially in adults. These are a type of parainsomnia, which are disorders that disrupt sleep patterns and are known for their sudden episodes of fear, thrashing, screaming or kicking. Theyre more prevalent in people with PTSD or mood and anxiety disorders.

Night terrors differentiate themselves from nightmares mainly through intensity. People with night terrors may find themselves sweating and breathing harshly, sleepwalking or sleeping with their eyes open. Unlike nightmares, which are easy to remember once awoken, night terrors are usually forgotten, making them difficult for people to spot unless they sleep with someone else who notices their sleep patterns.

These types of sleep conditions are difficult to treat. Like most sleep issues, changes in lifestyle can help, especially if you develop a consistent bedtime routine. In order to prevent these, try to steer clear from scary content, whether thats a TV show, a podcast or a novel.

Cultivate relaxing activities, such as reading, putting puzzles together or meditating an hour or two before bedtime, encouraging a relaxing mood that can reduce your overall level of stress. (See: 5 Tips To Help You Fall Asleep Faster.) Make your bed and your room feel safe by cultivating a cozy environment, one where there are no sharp or fragile objects exposed, since these can hurt those who thrash or sleep walk.

If your sleep habits or lifestyle choices are getting in the way of your life, you should visit a doctor. Sleep conditions are common, but once these start affecting your relationships, work and depleting you of your energy, they can quickly get out of hand. Sleep is an important part of your life, affecting almost every aspect of your health, from your mood to your weight. You should prioritize it and keep track of the warning signs.

Bobby Stewart Is the Man Who Really Made Mike Tysons Career Possible – Sportscasting

Natural ability means nothing if there isnt someone present thats capable of harnessing and shaping it into something special. The difference between being a wild animal seething raw aggression and the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history comes down to training. For the legendary Mike Tyson, that driving force was his relationship with his first trainer, Bobby Stewart.

Long before Stewart met the young Tyson, he was a rising name in the boxing world himself. Stewart, who fought as a light heavyweight, was active between 1974 and 1977. According to BoxRec, his professional record when he retired was 13 wins and three losses.

Irish Bobby Stewart as he was called had two moments of fame during his brief career. In 1974, he won the national Golden Gloves tournament, essentially launching his professional boxing career.

Soon after, in October of 1974, Stewart fought and won against Ken Jones during one of the undercard bouts at the infamous Rumble in the Jungle, which featured George Foreman versus Muhammad Ali.

Although his career was short, Stewart proved to be a solid fighter throughout. This was his first introduction to the legendary Cus DAmato who served as his trainer and manager. DAmato would later help Stewart mold a young Tyson into the dominant fighter that he became.

RELATED: Mike Tyson Gets Candid About Prison Life: I Had a Ball

After retiring from boxing in 1977, Stewart sought a job where he could give back to the community. He became a counselor at the Tryon juvenile detention center in Perth, NY.

Stewart hoped that he could take the lessons hed learned during his short-lived boxing career and teach them to at-risk kids, demonstrating the benefits of hard work and dedication. It was here that he first met Tyson.

Tyson didnt have the best life growing up. His mother, the sole parent in his life, died when he was 16. His sister died soon after. From the time he was 13, Tyson ran the streets, and was involved in more than 38 petty crimes, most involving fighting or larceny, by his 16th birthday (per Bleacher Report).

Between the dangerous environment in which he grew up, and the personal tragedy that marred his childhood, he soon found himself in a juvenile facility.

Fortunately, it also landed him in the direct purview of Stewart who agreed to coach the young but undisciplined fighter. In Tyson, he found a natural warrior. The young man was astonishingly strong for his size and age and had natural agility. Stewart instilled in him the fundamentals, as well as awakening Tysons hallmark laser focus while training.

After a few brief months training together, Stewart realized Tysons potential and advocated on his behalf.

RELATED: Roy Jones Jr. Prepared for Anything Mike Tyson Throws His Way

We all know what happened to Iron Mike after training with DAmato. He went on to realign the sport, becoming a truly terrifying opponent in the ring.

You have to wonder though, if it werent for Stewart, would he have ever brought the proper discipline to his talent, or would his violent nature have taken him down a darker road? His chance encounter with the former boxer gave him the tools and dedication necessary to succeed, and it kept Tysons darker nature at bay for a few more years.

In the early years of his career, Tyson was driven, powerful, and dominant. The rudimentary lessons that Stewart taught him during his stay at the juvenile detention center stuck with the young fighter well into his career.
