July 4

Officers took a call of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 200 block of Charles Court. The incident was determined to be a civil case.

July 8

Two 17-year-old boys were cited for person under 21 years of age in possession of marijuana after an incident near Center Street and Henry Road.

July 11

Officers took a report of a sex crime that occurred in the Newberg area.

July 13

Nathan Joshua Hughes, 45, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

July 14

Officers investigated a case of telephone harassment complaint in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

Terri Lynn Green-Lopez, 54, was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 100 block of Everest Road.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3100 block of Princeton Street.

July 15

Adrianna Nicole Johnson, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

July 16

Christopher Wayne Owens, 40, was arrested on six outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

July 17

Terri Lynn Petrjanos, 47, was cited for negotiating a bad check after an incident in the 1600 block of North College Street.

Three 16-year-old males were cited for criminal mischief after an incident in the 600 block of Ironwood Drive.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 700 block of Deborah Road.

Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 1400 block of North Springbrook Road.

July 18

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland and Elliott roads. Information was exchanged between drivers.

July 19

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of a missing person. The man was later found to be fine.

July 20

Josue Iban Arredondo, 25, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Highway 219 and Second Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a report of reckless burning that occurred in the 2900 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a found wallet near Illinois and Washington streets.

July 21

Christopher Wayne Owens was charged with second-degree forgery and theft after an incident that occurred in the 300 block of South Everest Road.

Christopher Lee D'Angelo, 39, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Sebastian Nicholas Snow, 25, was arrested violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Regina Gail Roberts, 58, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Matthew Aaron Greeson, 43, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 2900 block of Portland Road.

July 22

Robbie Brandon Labonte, 25, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

David Dale Stotts, 62, was arrested violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Jaedyn Suzanna Peck, 21, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3000 block of Portland Road.

Rafael Garcia Aldrete, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

Sandra Dee Altringer, 55, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Miguel Martinez Alvarez, 38, is wanted for contempt for failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Abraham Ramirez Amador, 24, is wanted on an FTA for giving false information to a police officer and failure to carry and present a license.

Justin James Anderson, 23, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude.

Eric Jon Andrade, 57, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision for felony possession of a firearm.

Scott Timothy Ansley, 36, is wanted on an FTA second-degree sexual abuse.

Ronald Andrew Arana, 59, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Kathleen M. Arata, 76, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Enrique Sabino Arce, 32, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Jon Michael Archer, 29, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a weapon.

Brian Richard Arens, 37, is wanted for contempt of court.

Efrain Alcantar Arias, 44, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Leopoldo Cisneros Arroyo, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Gilberto Dominguez Ascencion, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Aylah Bleu Ashcroft, 20, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a charge of first-degree theft.

Javier Baca, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary, attempt to elude and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Albert Gilman Paskell Jr., 60, is wanted on a FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Herberto Jose Perez Jr., 26, is wanted on a probation violation for strangulation.

Elizabeth Marie Pollard, 31, is wanted for providing false information to a police officer.

Jasmine Brooke Percoili, 26, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance.

Aug. 1

Max Adolf Kliese, 28, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Aug. 2

David Lee Gray, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Aug. 4

Randy James Green, 30, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. Bail was set at $10,000.

Aug. 5

Timothy Michael Wells, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Lincoln County. No bail was set.

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Joseph Allen Haney, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant on the charge of assaulting a public safety officer. Bail was set at $40,000.

Aug. 6

Alexander John Achtel, 21, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set.

Kurstin Aguirre, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. The case remains open.

Aug. 7

Jacome Ramiro Vargas, 45, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

Tanner Drake Robertson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Christopher Robin Hayes, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Joseph Allen Haney, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant on the charge of assaulting a public safety officer. Bail was set at $40,000.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue run log

July 28

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Gemini Lane, Second Street, Fulton Street, Quarry Road, Fifth Street and Hess Creek Court.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at 210 E. Sherman St., a commercial fire alarm and water problem at 2816 Portland Road, a motor vehicle collision (MVC) on Bell Road and to check an extinguished fire at Eagle Street and Hook Drive.
