PARKERSBURG Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 3:
* Sharon Ann Myers, 44, of 43 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Justin Perry Knopp, 26, of 47 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of battery and one count of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Danelle Rae Hawkins, 34, of 796 McWhorter Road, Jane Lew, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Andrea Michelle Washington, 37, of 5243 Dalewood Drive, Charleston, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and marijuana, and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Tyler Dwayne Jenkins, 30, of 1212 Market St., Apt. 12-A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Michael Levi Gainer, 18, of 1204 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Jessie Nichole Perez, 34, of 808 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Glenda R. Roush, 33, last known address 1820 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and bond was set at $10,000.
* Steven Patrick Hawkins, 34, of 796 McWhorter Road, Jane Lew, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Christopher Lee Hayes, 44, of 150 E. Main St., Columbus, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, meth and oxycodone hydrochloride, and bond was set at $100,000.
* Dustin Joseph Darlak, 31, of 416 Gladstone St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and bond was set at $1,500.
* Brandy Dawn Barker, 32, of 4828 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Gary Lee Mackey, 51, of 706 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Brian Scott Northcraft, 32, of 916 Maple Lane, Sistersville, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Miranda Mae Brookhart, 37, of 821 Welch Road, Cutler, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver Alprazolam, acetainophen oxycodone hydrochloride and marijuana and bond was set at $50,000.
* David Joshua Freeman, 28, of 1444 Old Hickory Drive, Columbus, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, meth and oxycodone hydrochloride, and bond was set at $100,000.
* Brittany Nicole Gibson, 18, of 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Denny Ray McClung, 56, of 71 Fawn Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* David S. Coleman, 48, 4194 Medina Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of failure to yield or change lane for a stopped emergency vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Ricky Lee Andrew Brooks, 24, 615 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.
* Kristen Staten, 21, 1000 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Steven L. Starcher, 53, 605 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.
* Rex Hutson, 43, 1409 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense driving under suspension charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Devan Mathew Kimble, 31, 613 Elm St., Belpre, was arraigned on a felony burglary charge and released on $25,000 bond.
* Stacy Kay Odell, 47, 1332 25th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and failure to render information and released on $2,000 bond.

* David Freeman, 28, of Columbus, was arrested July 2 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver narcotics.
* Christopher Hayes, 44, of Columbus, was arrested July 2 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver narcotics.
* Sharon Myers, 44, of Parkersburg, was arrested July 1 on a warrant for fraudulent use of access device.
* Brian Northcraft, 32, of Sistersville, was arrested June 30 on a charge of first-offense domestic assault.
* Brittany Gibson, 18, of Parkersburg, was arrested June 30 on a warrant for contributing to a minor.
* Barbara Burchard, 32, of Parkersburg, was arrested June 30 on a charge of first-offense domestic battery.
* Bradley Helmick, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested June 30 on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct and assault of an officer.
* On July 3, officers responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting.
* On July 2, officers responded to DuPont Road in reference to a possible arson.
* On July 2, officers responded to 15th Street in reference to a burglary.
* On July 2, officers responded to Broadway Avenue in reference to a shoplifting.
* On July 2, officers responded to 16th and Lynn streets in reference to a domestic that had already occurred.
* On July 1, officers responded to Division Street in reference to a possible larceny.
* On July 1, officers responded to Kroger on Division Street in reference to a shoplifting.
* On June 30, officers responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting that had already occurred.
* On June 30, officers responded to Fanelli Boys in reference to a breaking and entering that had already occurred.
* Between June 30-July 2, officers investigated 11 motor vehicle accidents.
