Though they received a harsh reception upon release, the Prequel Trilogy of the Skywalker Saga has grown to become a beloved era of Star Wars with many iconic characters and elements that have gone on to inspire books, TV shows, and videogames. It may have flaws and it's share of haters but it's now an essential part of the Star Wars lexicon.
With so much happening across the three films with so many characters, locations, and events, there are little details and easter eggs that even the hardcore Star Wars fans might not even have noticed. This power of detection is possible to learn... but not from a Jedi.
Before the Child enchanted hearts in The Mandalorian, a member of Master Yoda's species can actually be spotted as a member of the Jedi Council in Episode I: The Phantom Menace. All that's known about her is that her name is Yaddle and she was a member of the Council but not during the Clone Wars. Hmm.
This lightsaber only appears briefly in Episode II: Attack Of The Clones since Anakin doesn't have many action scenes with it and the few he has with it are darkly lit. However, if you manage to get a clear shot of it, one can see that it is nearly identical in design to the lightsaber he constructs as Darth Vader.
One of the most decorated members of the clone army, Commander Cody fought throughout the Clone Wars only to betray the Jedi in the execution of Order 66. What fans probably don't know is that this character's name was inspired by Commando Cody, a favorite serial of George Lucas' from the 1950s.
In the original trilogy, Peter Cushing played Grand Moff Tarkin and previously, he playedDoctor Frankenstein for the Hammer films but he also starred as Van Helsing alongside Christopher Lee's Dracula from the same company. Christopher Lee would then go on to be another evil count in the form of Count Dooku in the prequel trilogy!
In Attack Of The Clones, Obi-Wan has a hilarious encounter with a Death Stick dealer; the said dealer is played by Matt Doran who most probably knows as Mouse from The Matrix. The woman in the red dress' actress,Fiona Johnson, also has a brief cameo in the exact same scene.
In Revenge Of The Sith, after "another happy landing" as Obi-Wan calls it, one can see the Millenium Falcon docking on Coruscant. If not the actual ship itself, it is another CorellianYT-1300F light freighter. This hints at the age of these freighters thus explaining why Luke Skywalker thought the Falcon was a piece of junk.
George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have been friends and coworkers for many years, so much like when C-3P0 and R2-D2 appear as hieroglyphics in Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Lucas added Spielberg's lovable alien E.T. and his race as members of the Galactic Senate in The Phantom Menace.
Most might know Warwick Davis as the boy behind Wicket the Ewok in Return Of The Jedior Enfys Nest's second in command in Solo: A Star Wars Story, but he did have a blink and you'll miss it cameo in The Phantom Menace. During the Pod Race on Tatooine, he's sitting beside Watto, enjoying the carnage and chaos.
Liam Neeson never got his chance to return as a Force Ghost until The Clone Wars but he did, however, have a brief vocal role. When Anakin is slaughtering the Tusken Raiders to avenge his mother, Qui-Gon Jinn's spirit can be heard by Master Yoda, calling to Anakin in an attempt to get him to stop to no avail.

In Revenge Of The Sith, just outside the opera where Anakin hears the story of Darth Plagueis, George Lucas and his actual daughter can be seen as blue aliens talkingwhile Anakin walks by. Lucas' son, Jett, plays the brave Jedi youngling who is killed before Senator Organa.
In the Courscant cantina in Attack Of The Clones, one can find a screen playing footage of a pod race. This footage is actually capturedfootage from the videogame Star Wars Episode I: Racer for the Nintendo 64. Good thing Obi-Wan didn't go over there, he'd be too addicted to sense the bounty hunter's attack!

One of the most famous errors in A New Hope is the Stormtrooper who hit his head on the door trying to enter the room. Well, after his battle with Obi-Wan on Kamino, Jango Fett succumbs to the same mistake as that trooper and hits his head on the door to enter Slave I. Does Captain Phasma run into this problem as well?
One might be surprised that Ray Park was only the physical part of the performance for this legendary Sith. He was dubbed over by Peter Serafinowicz who fans might recognize as Pete from Shaun Of The Dead, the Nova Corps'Denarian Saal in Guardians Of The Galaxy, or his brief appearance in John Wick Chapter 2.

Long before the Marvel Cinematic Universe made staying until after the credits the norm, The Phantom Menace has a little tease after the credits in the form of the iconic breathing apparatus sound of Darth Vader. Not as effective as Mace Windu with an eyepatch wanting to talk to Anakin about the Jedi Initiative, but still a neat touch!
A small detail that one might not notice is that the sinister Darth Maul remains alert at all times, never blinking... well almost. He keeps his calm composure even in the heat of battle and even when slaughtering Qui-Gon Jinn but that composure breaks when Obi-Wan gets the upper hand and kills the Sith, leading to his first blink in the movie.
