Thoughts:

Round 1: Kills Murmur, Plunder and Trickster easily. Girder's durability makes him a bit more of a challenge, but Dracula can keep out of his way and deal with him via hypnosis (or possibly summonings.

Round 2: If Glider went straight for the kill she could win this easily (she has high level superspeed these days, and Dracula's weaknesses aren't exactly secrets), but in character I'm not sure if she necessarily would. If she doesn't, she might get hypnotised? I don't know how good Dracula's in-combat hypnotism is. Trickster is a non-factor. Boomerang...there's a bit of me that wants to claim he wins via being basically a very accurate wooden stake thrower, but I don't think I can with a straight face. (Plus I doubt his boomerangs are actually wood these days).

Round 3: Owen Mercer: see comment above for Captain Boomerang, but his superspeed bursts make it might make it actually marginally plausible? (Not least because, depending on the location of the match, he has a higher chance of actually getting a wooden stake). Heat Wave dies fairly easily, Magenta with a bit more difficulty.

Round 4: @sirfizzzwhizzz I'm sceptical that his control over weather is as good as Weather Wizard's. Dracula's strength, healing, summoning and speed vs Weather Wizard's relative glass cannon nature probably mean Dracula still wins, though.

Round 5: Cold might win here, as if the Cold gun hits him or he runs into a cold field it's going to Incap him, but probably Dracula.

Round 6: Probably Grodd - current Grodd has the speedforce in addition to being a superstrong gorilla. Grodd does have the disadvantage that he probably doesn't know Dracula's weaknesses, but I'm assuming sufficient damage is going to incap him for long enough to count as a win even if he can't kill him.
