Dracula Season 1 which premiered on Netflix this year, has officially ended. After watching it, people have a lot of opinions. Read till the end to find out!

Dracula is based on the novel by Bram Stoker. The storyline though loosely follows the book resulting in a surprising plot.

The series ended with its third episode. All the episodes were of 90 minutes each.

In the final ending, Dracula is finally defeated. Sister Agatha kills Dracula in the body of her relative Zoe. The murder is skillfully planned and executed.

Zoe and Dracula die together. Lucy, Draculas bride also dies in the series previously.

What happens is, Zoe, convinces Dracula that all his fears and dislikes can be tackled by logic.

She tells him that he fears cross because it represents Christ. Who died to take the sins of the people with him and Dracula is the sinner. His goal is to become immortal.

She tells him he fears the light because of his ancestors. The ancestors did not see their bloodline proudly, therefore confined themselves inside.

The reasons convince Dracula and he agrees to drink Zoes blood. Which we know from the previous episode, is toxic. Therefore, in the end, he dies also ending Zoes misery.

Well, season 1 just ended. So there is no news of season 2. Normally, Netflix takes time to assess how a show performs to bring back a second season.

So right now, we will have to wait and watch!

The announcement for season 1 was made back in 2017. And the lead role of Dracula was cast in 2018. As we all know, Dracula released this year.

So if season 2 is going to happen, we can expect it to release in 2022. And that is a wild guess, for sure.
