Emma Raducanu shares Halloween inspired Instagram post from the home of Count Dracula – My London

British tennis star Emma Raducanu crashed out of the Transylvania Open as she continues to adapt to the fast pace of life on tour after her epic win in the US Open.

Not one to shy away from social media the 18-year-old posted a message to her fans after her loss to Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk.

And playing the tennis tournament at the home of Count Dracula in Transylvania, Romania clearly inspired the Brit with her post featuring a nod to Halloween on Sunday (October 31).

Emma initially wrote "ciao ciao" and then brilliantly followed it up with a Dracula and garlic emoji in true Halloween spirit.

The rest of the post read: "Will rest & be better soon looking fwd to whats ahead, good vibes only."

Emma then showed off her languages skills by posting in Romanian, which translated to say: "I really enjoyed being here, a very well organised tour".

The photo Emma posted showed her after the match holding a bottle of water while looking up towards the umpire.

Her fans responses were typically supportive with some also appreciating Emma's good humour despite the loss.

On follower commented: "Transylvania on Halloween?", followed by two laughing emojis.

Another person wrote: "So proud of you emma!!!!! cant wait to see you back soon (:"

While a third person added: "Onwards and upwards. Looking forward to seeing you at your next tournament."

The Brit was beaten 6-2 6-1 in her match in under an hour at the WTA 250.
