BOWLING GREEN, Ky. 125 years ago, Bram Stoker birthed his undead icon, Dracula, into the world. And right now just in time for Halloween, Stokers own descendent is here in Bowling Green with an inside look at the book and authors legacies.

Bram Stokers great grand-nephew has carried on Draculas legacy through his own novels.

Dacre Stoker used his predecessors own notebooks to co-authored the prequel to Dracula among other novels that honor the gothic author icon.

Thanks to the Warren County Public Library, you can meet Dacre Stoker Tuesday at The Capitol in Downtown Bowling Green for free.

There are so many elements of his own life that are woven into the fabric of the novel, said Stoker. So, if you really want to understand what really went into this incredible book thats been a classic, thats influenced popular culture and its huge around Halloween, come tonight. Listen to me tell you the rest of the story.

The event starts at 6 p.m. Tuesday. You can get your free tickets online here.
