Strategy board game Fury of Dracula comes to mobile on 17th February – Pocket Gamer

Nomad Games is bringing the classic board game Fury of Dracula to mobile on 17th February. Previously it was available as a digital title on PC released last year and as a physical board game from Games Workshop before then.

As you may guess from the title, the games story is based on the Count Dracula character which allows you to re-experience the iconic gothic horror in a new way. You can play as either of the four hunters: Dr. Abraham Van Helsing, Dr. John Seward, Mina Harker and Lord Arthur Godalming, in their mission to stop Draculas menace, or you can instead choose to play as the Count himself wreaking havoc increasing the vampire influence all over Europe.

Fury of Dracula is all about hidden movement and teamwork. The hunters must coordinate their moves to ensnare Dracula. Each one has their own unique stats and abilities which may not work efficiently on their own, but can be a powerful force when combined with the other three.

Meanwhile, Dracula has a bunch of tricks up his sleeves to misdirect and hide from the hunters, including powers that allow him to transform and enthral humans, as well as transforming into a bat to escape.

Based on the fourth physical edition of the Fury of Dracula board game which released in 2019, this digital edition promises to be a faithful adaptation of the iconic board game and original story by Bram Stoker. It also has features that can only really be formed together as a video game, such as having a chilling, atmospheric soundtrack and haunting animations.

You will be able to download Fury of Dracula: Digital Edition from the iOS App Store and Google Play for Android on 17th February. Itll be a paid title but we dont know what the price tag is just yet.
