The Arrowverse features plenty of strong characters, but there's no denying that some of them wouldn't escape their deaths in a horror movie setting!
It all started with one show called Arrow, which told the story of Oliver Queen and his allies fighting to save their city from itself. From there, several other DC TV series popped up over the years. Together, they form the Arrowverse, an interconnected web of superhero action and adventure.

But some of those heroes would do a lot better than others in a horror movie. Honestly, more than a few of them would thrive while many wouldn't make it through the first act. Which heroes end up in that second category would be less surprising than one might think.
Ray Palmer is a smart guy, to say the least. He figured out how to shrink to subatomic levels and developed a suit of armor that gave him other incredible abilities. His greatest superpower is his mind, but he certainly put it to good use.
At the same time, Ray probably wouldn't be the best person to have around during a horror movie. He would be flustered and unprepared for the entire scenario. The smart ones always thinkthey can outsmart the situation, and die first.
When he started with Team Arrow, Curtis Holt filled a strictly behind the scenes role. And he was good at it, too. But over time, Holt became a street-level hero alongside Green Arrow and the rest. Again, he was pretty darn good at it. In fact, he was terrific at it.

The work/life balance issues that come with being a costumed adventurer quickly wore on him and his personal relationships. If Holt couldn't handle being Mister Terrific, he probably couldn't handle whatever a horror movie would throw at him.
Harrison Wells is like a bad penny who keeps turning up. Then again, Team Flash tends to troll the Multiverse in search of a new Wells to bring on board. Team Flash goes through versions of Harrison Wells faster than Rick goes through Mortys.
Depending on which Wells is in the conversation, he might have a decent chance of surviving a horror movie. At the same time, most Wells don't have the wherewithal to deal with it and would likely be the first ones dead.
A key member of Team Flash, Cisco Ramon played a huge role in helping Barry Allen become the hero known as The Flash. Eventually, he realized that he had powers of his own and became a costumed hero called Vibe.

It's easy to give Vibe the benefit of the doubt on this one because he's seen so many movies. He knows the rules of horror films better than anyone else. But that overconfidence would be his undoing and he'd be out of the plot before anyone else.
Ralph Digby led a mediocre life as a scummy private detective until he became part of Team Flash. His death and subsequent rebirth exposed him to dark matter via the Speed Force. Like so many other people in the Arrowverse, he found himself with unexpected superpowers.
As the Elongated Man, his super stretchy abilities and detective skills made him a great addition to the team. That being said, his selfish attitude would certainly put him as a front runner to lose his life first in a horror movie.
As the parent of two vigilante daughters, Quentin knows a thing or two about being stressed out. The various hats he has worn in Star City hasn't helped, either. Detective. Police Captain. Mayor. He's even been considered a vigilante himself on a few occasions.

Lance was a great cop but he's also the perfect target for a killer in a horror movie. As a prominent public figure, a killer would send a strong message by picking Lance off first. There have been more than a few villains on Arrow who had similar ideas.
In Supergirl's world, few public figures were more recognized than Cat Grant. She went from Perry White's assistant at The Daily Planet to running her own multimedia company, CatCo. Grant eventually left that behind to work as a Press Secretary in the White House.
Cat is a strong-willed individual who is tough as nails and could survive almost anything. Almost is the operative word in this case. A horror movie killer would absolutely go after her first, making a huge statement about his or her intentions.
Few people in any universe are more arrogant than Lex Luthor. He's so sure of himself that the he made a mortal enemy out of Superman. If he hadn't been such an insecure jerk about it, he and Superman might have been great allies.

Lex's unfounded arrogance is his most debilitating weakness and has cost him heavily in the past. Nothing would change in a horror movie. Luthor would die first because he simply doesn't believe that anyone can kill him. That makes him incredibly vulnerable.
Joe West is one of the most magnanimous and caring people around. When Barry Allen's parents were killed at a young age, he took Barry in and raised him as his own. As a detective in Central City, Joe has put his life on the line innumerable times.
Ultimately, that's why he would die first. The killer would come after someone and he would take the metaphorical, possibly literal, bullet for them. A horror movie killer might not target him first, but Joe would inevitably sacrifice himself to save someone else's life.
The life of Moira Queen has been filled with a lot of horrible tragedies, some she inflicted on herself. It only gets worse when you start factoring the Multiverse in. Throughout her lives, deaths, andrebirths, Moira has continued to be a survivor. But in a horror movie, her luck would simply run out.
On more than a few occasions, she tempted fate and almost ended up dead. Sometimes, she did end up dead. Moira lives her life in such a way that she would unwittingly put herself in a killer's path. She would be the first one gone.
