Game of Thrones is known for liberally killing it's characters, but from Ned Stark to Jon Snow, who would be the first one to die in a horror movie?
Game of Thrones is one of the most popular TV shows of the past few decades. The series truly became a cultural phenomenon. While the series has ended, the popularity of the show continues and HBO had even commissioned a prequel series.

In addition to having some of the most compelling political plots of all time, the series was also based heavily in its wide cast of characters. These characters vary from the cerebral to the brawny, each succeeding or surviving with a varying degrees of success. But which unfortunate characters would likely die first in a horror movie?
Jaime Lannister is one of the most compelling characters in the show. Despite starting out life on the show as a villain with the Prince Charming lookalike pushing Bran Stark out of a window, he would go on to become a fan favorite character, showing how he changed to become a more honorable man.
In a horror movie situation, its unlikely that Jaime Lannister would last too long. Before he lost his hand, his arrogance would probably lead to a character like Michael Myers picking him off; without his hand, he would still tryto fight (but most likely lose).
Ned Stark is one of the most loved characters on the show, with the character holding the title of the most honorable man in Westeros. That being said, Ned Stark also provided fans with the first shock of the series after he was executed in the first season.
Ned Stark simply had to make the list of characters who'd die first, not only for his early death in the series but also because he is portrayed by Sean Bean, an actor who should really start putting death bonuses into his contracts.
Renly Baratheon was one of the most important characters of the first few seasons ofGame of Thrones. The youngest sibling of Robert Baratheon, Renly tried to claim the throne of Westeros after his brothers death, drawing him into conflict with Stannis Baratheon and taking part in the War of Five Kings.

Renly Baratheon was, famously, killed by Stannis shadow after Stannis and Melisandre used shadow magic. This supernatural death certainly doesnt bode well for Renlys chances of survival in a horror movie.
Loras Tyrell didnt have an exceptionally large role in the TV series. His first appearances showed him as the lover of Renly, with Loras intent on helping to secure Renly on the Iron Throne. Later seasons showed Loras struggling against the Faith Militant and the High Sparrow.
In the books, Jaime frequently notes how much Loras reminds him of himself. This arrogance and sureness could lead to an early death in a horror movie, as it would Jaime.
Dickon Tarly was dealt a bad card on the show due to his comical name, but even then he didnt make much of an impact on the series. Sam Tarlys brother was killed with his father by Daenerys in the seventh season of the show.
Dickon seems to be the kind of character who would think he could take on a horror villain, but would ultimately meet his end fairly quickly, as he did in the show.
Beric Dondarrion was one of the characters who changed the most from book to TV, with the book character giving up his life to resurrect Catelyn Stark. In the show, however, Beric would go on to fight in the Battle of Winterfell.

What is interesting about Beric Dondarrion is that, even though he may be one of the first to die in a horror movie, he could easily come back to life as he does in the show.
One of the coolest characters in the show, its a shame that fans didnt get to see too much of Pedro Pascals Oberyn Martell. He was a charismatic and skilled fighter that stole every scene he was in, but would eventually meet his end in a trial by combat against the Mountain.
Oberyns arrogance and desire to jump into situations (unlike his brother Doran) would not set himself up well in a horror movie scenario and would lead to an early death.
Myrcella Baratheon has a big role in the books, with a Dornish conspiracy being formed by Arianne Martell to use Dornish custom to place Myrcella Baratheon on the throne. Unfortunately, this wasnt explored in the show, much to the disappointment of fans of the book series.
Myrcella was always one of the most pleasant of the Baratheon (Lannister) children, but she was also shown to be fairly trusting and naive. This, coupled with her eventual death in the TV series shows that she wouldnt last long in a horror movie.
This is a controversial addition. On the one hand, Jon Show would be perfectly placed to survive a horror movie scenario. Jon Snow fought against White Walkers and ice zombies for years on the Wall, even defeating them at Winterfell.

On the other hand, Jon Snow was murderedat the Wall and benefitted from a great deal of plot armor in the latter seasons, as Snow was saved just in time by the Knights of the Vale, fell into an icy lake and lived, and even survived against an Icy Viserion.
Tommen Baratheon was a very different character to his brother, Joffrey Baratheon. While Joffrey was cruel, arrogant, and sadistic, Tommen was caring, sweet, and shy. It was clear that he wasnt ready for the crown, and Cerseis destruction of the Sept of Baelor was enough to push him over the edge.
Tommens nervous and shy demeanor, coupled with his age, certainly wouldnt really set himself up to do very well in a horror movie scenario.
