Upgradewas released in 2018 and follows a man who was the victim of an intense mugging that left him permanently paralyzed and took the life of his spouse. But, there may be an answer to one of those problems when a mysterious and very rich inventor offers to cure his paralysis through an AI implant. Not only does it cure him and leave him able to walk, it also gives him superhuman powers and he sets out to get revenge on the people that attacked him.
