Netflix has long proven that it has the miracle recipe for a successful series: a flawless cast, a powerfulatmosphere, a soundtrack you can't get out of your head, and a story that is timeless and well-known. InsertDracula, the classic tale ofa chilling vampire complete with stunning chateau scenery, period costumes, and of course,blood.The short series includes three 90-minute episodes recounting three different periods of the Count's life, from Transylvania to England.

We found the series to have just enough gore, though those with more sensitive eyes may be inclined todisagree. However, if you are a more seasoned horror fanatic, you might not find anything to scream about here, as the most chilling scenes are either few and far betweenor very predictable. All in all, thisnew rendition ofthe classic vampire storyis perfect for both devotedDracula fans and newcomers alike, and an ideallygreat starting point if you're looking on digging deeper into the history of this ghastly figure.
