‘Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship’: Vicky Kaushal embarks on a scary journey of unwinding the mystery of – Times of India

Filmmaker Karan Johar is experimenting with the horror genre with next flick 'Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship'. A few days back, the makers dropped the teaser of the much-awaited film and now they've unveiled the spooky trailer and it will give you chills! The trailer begins with an announcement about a ship that washed up on Juhu beach. Then Vicky enters the scene with a torch in his hand and it is followed by a series of strange events. The actor introduces his character himself as Prithvi, a surveyor officer. The name of the ship is Sea-Bird and it is touted to be a haunted ship. Later, he is seen resting on a hospital bed tells his doctors that there was not just a worker there; there was a girl too. Talking about 'Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship', it is the first part of the horror franchise. It is slated to hit the theatres on February 21, 2020. Apart from Vicky the film also features Bhumi Pednekar and Ashutosh Rana in the key roles.KJo even shared a video, which gave the audience a glimpse into their journey from family movies to horror films. Apart from this film, Vicky will be seen next in Udham Singh biopic and Meghna Gulzars biopic on Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. He will also star in Karan's multi-starrer 'Takht'. The film will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
