Even the most anti-tech parents and grandparents have to admit how convenient streaming services are. They afford way more options than cable and allow us to cross movies and TV shows off our lists without hoarding physical copies.

But for some movies, a good old 4K DVD can't be replaced. You never know when Netflix or Hulu is about to remove it from the lineup and those physical copies will come in handy if your WiFi ever shits out. (Gasp!)

Joker, It Chapter Two, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood are among Amazon's selection of recently released 4K and Blu-ray DVDs on sale, adding some of 2019's best films to your entertainment artillery for as low as $18.99.

The Joaquin Phoenix version of Joker remains the highest-grossing R-rated film ever, beating out Deadpool and Deadpool 2. Despite critiques that it was actually too dark, it's easily one of the most beloved DC comic book films of all time.

Regularly $35.99, you can save $11 and pre-order it for $24.99. It will ship when the title is released on Jan. 7.

There's something so oddly comforting about the way the It saga wrapped up. The idea of being haunted by a clown as a grown-ass adult was definitely a pulling point for audiences, but feeling like we've grown up with the Losers brings a whole new level of attachment to a scary movie. Also, Bill Hader.

Regularly $35.99, you can save $13 and get it on Blu-ray for $22.99.

Serial killer obsessives have been itching for a modern adaptation surrounding the Manson family murders. The fact that they got one directed by Quentin Tarantino was awesome in itself the fact that it included an all-star cast like Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Margot Robbie was a recipe for a must-see. It may have a bit of a wonky, exaggerated twist, but it's actually one of the decade's more honest portrayals of Manson and his followers.
