Jeffrey Dean Morgans Walking Dead may join Season 3 of The Boys – Andover Leader

The Boys hasnt aired its second season yet thats coming in September but it may have already lined up a huge name to join its cast for season three.

The Walking Deads Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who publicly campaigned for a part on the Amazon superhero series on Twitter earlier this year, could be joining the show.

The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke responded positively to Morgans tweet at the time, and he revealed that the two are in talks about a role.

I dont believe this is still a finished deal, but there is a will, and both of us think about it, Kripke says. The actor says he has one role in mind for the character. Hes currently in The Walking Dead.

So, nothing confirmed just yet, but as long as Morgan can find the time away from The Walking Dead and he and Kripke agree on a role, this seems bound to happen.

Last week, the cast of The Boys was brought together by Patton Oswalt for a little reunion on YouTube and there was one surprise in the shape of a new supervillain.

The Boys season 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 4, while season one is currently available on the service.
