Jon Bernthal brings it his all in this role, with the actor at his A-game in channeling the main characters tortured mindset through the use of cool quotes and awesome fight scenes.

A look into the lives of officers in the Los Angeles area, Southland ventures into dramatic territory with its depiction of the effect crime can have on people working on the side of justice. The series also takes an insightful look into the personal lives of the characters.

Michael Cudlitz was seen as the tough guy Abraham in The Walking Dead, and is at the opposite side in this series. Playing a closeted gay cop, hes in form by portraying the difficulties in accepting his sexuality and gaining the acceptance of his peers.

A young man is in love with a childhood friend but is disappointed when she brings around a mysterious man in their lives. With his odd hobby of burning down greenhouses, this man slowly reveals more sinister intentions that begin to get worse and worse.

Burningis something of a character study, in that its a slow-burner of a film that deliberately leaves questions for the viewer even after the movie is over. A part-drama and part-thriller, Steven Yeuns dark character retains interest throughout the story.

A profiler for the NYPD is haunted by the demons of his past as hes forced to renew contact with his serial killer father in order to hunt down criminals committing similar crimes. With his gift of seeing things from the point of view of the killer, the man tries his best to retain his sanity.

There are a whole lot of dark moments to be found in this series, which makes it a delicious thriller that will make you breeze through the episodes. Tom Payne is well supported by Michael Sheen, as the pair play a father-son duo who constantly battle between their inner good and evil.

Around Christmas time in London, numerous people juggle their problems and the incoming festivities. As heartbreak and new love are to be found, these people make decisions that can lead to results for better or for worse.

Love Actually ranks at the top of the most rewatched romantic comedies. This comes down to the unique storylines all wrapped into one theme of the holidays. Andrew Lincoln plays what might be his other most iconic role of a man hopelessly in love with his best friends wife.
