The Walking Dead comes to East Tennessee

The Walking Dead have invaded East Tennessee, or at least the crew from the hit AMC show of the same name.

The actors and crew came to the Green Acres Flea Market off Alcoa Highway, Sunday.

The actors took time from their busy schedules to meet fans and sign some autographs.

Even some of the show's featured villains took off their makeup to greet fans.

"I love talking to people, answering their questions," said Savana Jade who plays a zombie on the show. "A lot of people don't know the cast or the crew so they always ask what's this person like. I try to answer them and they get really excited."

Someof East Tennessee's "walking dead" even competed in azombiecostume contest.

The show's third season premieres in October on AMC.
