The Walking Dead has finally confirmed that Negan finally gets his Whisperers mask and were all shook.

Rewind back to the end of season 10 and youll remember that prisoner of Alexandria Negan was set free (by who we still dont know) and it looks like hes now stumbled into Whisperers territory and is ready to join forces.

Rumours had been doing the rounds that Negan had become one of the Whisperers, but it had all been speculation until the Skybound account for The Walking Dead on Twitter decided to spill the beans while sharing a new promo.

And not beating around the bush, the tweet read: Negan finally gets his Whisperer mask in the newest promo for #TheWalkingDead Season 10B.

But blink and youll miss it, as Negan flashes up on the screen and disappears quicker than it takes for your mouth to drop open.

Fans will no doubt be wondering what this means for the new season and theories are already dropping like hotcakes, with Inquisitr suggesting there is probably more to Negans addition than meets the eye.

Either Negan is on a secret mission to bring down the Whisperers, under instruction from Daryl (played by Norman Reedus) or Carol (Melissa McBride) while working on the inside.

Or, he actually does want to join the Whisperers but decides to bring them down to earn the forgiveness of Alexandria for his crimes.

One thing that is for sure, though, is that its all going to kick off when The Walking Dead returns at the end of the month, especially as fans are convinced a major character is going to be killed off.

And they reckon Daryls love interest Connie (Lauren Ridloff) is in the firing line

The Walking Dead season 10, part two will kick off on Monday 24 Februaryon FOX in the UK.
