'The Walking Dead' Episode Two Dated

"Starved For Help" hits Xbox LIVE today, with the PC, Mac, and PS3 versions dropping later this week.

More details after the jump. After the successful first installment, "A New Day," from about two months back (my review), Telltale is following up with another episode of The Walking Dead.

This second of five parts will be available through PSN, on the PC, and Mac on June 29th for $4.99. Or, you can get it now on the 360 for 400 MS Points.

The game weaves itself in and around the main continuity of The Walking Dead comic series, and we've already encountered a couple of series regulars in zombie-infested Atlanta as murder convict Lee Everett as he and orphaned little girl Clementine try to survive the outbreak. Who will they meet in the second episode?

Here's the synopsis, set three months after the first, stellar episode:

Three months after the events of episode one, starvation forces the group to seek food from strangers. In a world where the living can be more dangerous than the undead, this is a risky move, but youll soon learn how far youll go to survive. How will the choices you made in episode one affect your story?
