Andrew Lincolns precise in The show Walking Dead has been quite a controversial issue for some time now. His departure from the show raised many eyebrows and now the bigger question is returning for the show or not?

The star promised that he would be surely returning in season 10 to direct an episode of the series. He explained at the time that, to prepare for the job, hed be coming back to the set in Atlanta at some point this season in order to shadow a director, and itlooks like Lincolns finally made good on that promise.

A photograph was uploaded from the Twitter account of The Walking Dead, the caption read that look whos on the set. The photo has hyped fans, whove liked the tweet well over 2,000 times since it was posted. The picture also gave fans some hope of him returning.

The news of Lincolns directorial effort is still not clear yet. However, the pieces of his upcoming movie trilogy are starting to come together. As far as we know that the first film is due to go into production this year and it may evenmake its way to hit the theaters.

Lincolns directorial effort is still kept under wraps. So his return into the project can not be a sure shot thing as of yet. As Lincoln has revealed in an interview that the aim was definitely not to trick his fams but to give them a whole new different story. However, sadly enough he also said that he might not be returning to the tv show. It seems like we are not going to see him on the show as hinted by Andrew himself.
