The Walking Dead has thrown shade at Kim Kardashian after she revealed she flew her friends and family to a private island during the pandemic for her 40th birthday celebrations.

The reality TV star shared a series of pictures from the getaway on social media on Tuesday, saying she surprised my inner circle with the trip after two weeks of multiple health screens.

It wasnt long before The Walking Dead took aim at Kims tone-deaf post and mocked it by sharing a picture of the cast locked and loaded on set.

Using Kims caption, they wrote: After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.

Fans were living for the post, with one commenting: The shade is immaculate! Love this so much.

Echoing a similar sentiment, another laughed: Haha nice dig at the Kardashian.

In her caption for the post, Kim said she is feeling so humbled and blessed as she listed some of the activities she and her famous family enjoyed during the holiday, including swimming near whales and kayaking.

She acknowledged this is something that is so far out of reach right now for most people dealing with the pandemic and its financial fallout and said she is humbly reminded of how privileged my life is.

Kim is facing backlash for her social media posts, with Piers Morgan branding her a spoiled, tone-deaf imbecile.

Kris Jenner, however, appeared to defend Kim in daughter Kylie Jenners latest Instagram stories.

She was heard saying off-camera: I think that life is short and we have to live our best life and do things that we really wanna do in our lives because we dont know how many more days are promised.
