Want something completely bonkers for your slogging Monday? Well, The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus has you more than covered.

The actor, who is always a gem on social media, may have taken things a bit far this time after posting a seriously random clip on his Instagram that will probably creep you out.

The CGI video shows the back of a naked man, before he suddenly appears to deflate and bunch up into a shrivelled pile... oh, and he is then sucked down a glory hole.

Norman captioned it "Yep", though the comments from fans varied widely from the "WTF" to the "what the hell" to the "LMAO WHAT".

"I love you Norman but you post some really weird things," wrote one fan, and we heartily agree. What you playing at, Daryl?

We guess he's just passing the time behind the scenes as he films season eight of The Walking Dead? After all, he was spotted on set last month.

Details are minuscule on what to expect for the next season, though showrunner Scott Gimple has suggested that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) may give his life to defeat Negan.

However, Chandler Riggs who plays Carl has teased positive things about the first episode of the season, writing on Twitter: "Just finished reading 801 of twd and oooo man it's good."

The Walking Dead returns to AMC in the US and FOX in the UK later this year.
