Walking Dead family: Colman Domingo and Anthony Edwards attend Tonys – Undead Walking

The Walking Dead family is a group made up of fans, cast, crew, and anyone else involved in the universe. You could have watched since the flagship began airing or only watched your first episode yesterday, been part of the series since day one, only recently joined, starred in the series since the pilot, or showed up for one short scene; regardless, you are in the club. Two of our family members were at the 75th Annual Tony Awards, Colman Domingo and Anthony Edwards.

Colman Domingo has been part of this group since he was cast as Victor Strand in the first spinoff, Fear the Walking Dead. Strand is still going strong as the series enters season 8, which will begin filming in Savannah, Georgia, this summer. Strand, a character who has always been self-serving, took that one step further in the most recent season when he became an all-out villain. In the following season, he will eventually reunite with his long-time friend Madison Clark (Kim Dickens). Will this help him become a better person? Or will her newly found occupation of stealing children for PADRE influence him to become even more evil?

Anthony Edwards recently joined The Walking Dead universe when he was cast for the spinoff Tales of the Walking Dead that will premiere its first season on August 14. According to IMDB, he will portray a character named Kyle Adler in the first episode, Heist. However, AMC has made no official announcements regarding episode titles or which episodes actors will appear in. This is an anthology-based series, with each episode telling a new story. It is expected that Edwards will only appear in one episode of this series.

The 75th celebration of the annual Tony Awards was held at Radio City Music Hall on June 12, 2022, in New York City.
