Johnny Depp is possibly one of the funniest guys on the planet and Dark Shadows is just another proof of the same. This American fantasy horror comedy is about a vampire, who was wrongly imprisoned by a witch when he refused her advances. Years later, when he is set free, he returns to his ancestral house to help and protect his dysfunctional descendants from the evil witch. Directed by Tim Burton, the film also features Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Eva Green and Johnny Lee Miller among others.

Starring Teresa Palmer and Matthew Goode, this British TV series revolves around Diana, a historian who is also a witch and a mysterious man Matthew Clairmont. When Diana discovers a manuscript that leads her to some magical secrets, Matthew offers to help her. However, theres one problem Matthew is a vampire and witches shouldnt get along with them or trust them. Can the two come together despite their differences to protect the book and solve the mysteries, weaves the rest of the plot.

This dark fantasy horror comedy is set in a post-apocalyptic world and revolves around Vanessa Van Helsing, a descendant of famous vampire hunter Abraham Van Helsing. When Vanessa returns from coma, shes looked upon as the only person who can save the humanity, because the vampires have taken over the world and she holds a special power to turn vampires into humans. The series stars Kelly Overton as Vanessa Van Helsing, Jonathan Scarfe, Vincent Gale and Aleks Paunovic to name a few.
