David Boreanaz was naked a LOT on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer set – DigitalSpy.com

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer cast have been reliving all things Buffy for the show's 20th anniversary, but their anecdotes about David Boreanaz's nakedness is probably the best yet.

As part of EW's exclusive anniversary celebrations, Sarah Michelle Gellar revealed that David, who played tortured vampire-with-a-soul Angel, was naked, well, "all the time". Fair play, David.

Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) agreed, adding: "It's shocking how often he was comfortable being naked and how giggly he is."

"He would literally come out with no pants on just to see if we could keep a straight face," Sarah explained. "He would just come out naked to see if he could make people laugh."

Surely not full-frontal, though, right? Wrong. Although there were "lots of socks" available in wardrobe, it turns out David never really bothered with protecting his modesty.

"Method phase, sorry," he joked.

During the Scooby Gang's recent reminiscing, Sarah Michelle Gellar also revealed which episode left her physically exhausted and it might not be the one you were expecting.

Although no one had any dialogue in the episode, it was actually 'Hush' that both Sarah and Alyson Hannigan (Willow) found "hard".

"I couldn't wait for 'Hush'. It was just a week of not having to learn lines," Sarah said. "[But] it was so hard. It was so hard. I was never so tired, physically exhausted."

As part of EW's extensive coverage, Gellar also revealed what her lowest point in the show was, and, more importantly, she even finally settled the Angel vs Spike debate.
