My Chemical Romance posted a mysterious black and white image and fans immediately drew comparisons to The Patient character from their iconic Welcome To The Black Parade video.

Weve been pretty excited since My Chemical Romance made their surprising comeback late last year. But aside from announcing a bunch of new tour dates, weve yet to hear any new music from the band.

Some fans think that might all be about to change though. Yesterday evening (Jan 14), the band posted a mysterious black and white image of what seems to be a person draped in a cloth in a hospital room, accompanied by a vampire emoji.

But what could it mean?

Fans immediately drew comparisons to the bands The Black Parade album and The Patient character from their iconic Welcome To The Black Parade video.

Others suggested that the vampire emoji links back to the bands first album I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love.

Obviously these are just fan theories and nothing is confirmed yet but just imagine how epic a Black Parade sequel would be?

Could this mean The Patient is returning? Is there going to be a sequel of some sort to The Black Parade? We have no idea, but *something* exciting is definitely happening.
