The ‘Vampire’s Wife Dress’ Is So Hot Right Now – 2oceansvibe News

If you care, Kate Middleton wore a dress.

Its not just any dress, though, its a Vampires Wife dress whatever that is.

Between appearing on podcastsand pulling pints in Belfast, its any wonder she found the time to mix up the classic royal silhouetteof tweed and sensible coats.

The Guardiandetailed why we should be making a noise about this particular fashion moment.

Kate wore the dress on her recent tour of Ireland. Its a modest dress, covering a considerable amount of skin appropriate for a charity fundraiser.

The dress is also making waves because its worn by both Royals and rock musicians. Those two dont usually mix.

Back in 2018, Rachel Weisz wore a floor-length, deepest aubergine version to the Baftas, Margot Robbie wore the same in crimson to a wedding in Australia and Jennifer Aniston chose an identical frock for a Jimmy Kimmel appearance.

Last year, Kate Moss appeared in a Vampires Wife campaign modelling a shorter version, the Mayhem, while Princess Beatrice wore the Falconetti to Ellie Gouldings wedding. This dress has crossed every divide: from London to LA, from music to fashion, and from alternative to establishment, The Guardian explained.

Great.

The dress was created by Susie Cave, 53-year-old former model and designer, and wife to goth-rock musician Nick Cave her Vampire.

When Susies label was launched in 2014, the designer played it safe with a broad scope of trendy florals and bohemian skirts.

Sadly, in 2015, Nick and Susie lost their 15-year-old son in a tragic accident and Susies grief meant that her designsfell on the wayside.

A few months later, Susie was encouraged by her friends and family to use her passion and talent for fashion as a way to distract her and, ultimately, heal.

In a 2017 interview, Susie explained how, To be honest, work is what has saved me.

And, now you know.
