The following cases were heard recently in Emmet Countys 90th District Court:

Joseph Devere Harshman, 41, of Harbor Springs; domestic violence; serve 93 days in jail with credit for two days served, serve an additional seven days immediately, five days community service work in lieu of jail time and 79 days held in abeyance; 12 months probation; pay $1,625 in fines and costs

Zackery Scott Evans, 17, of Charlevoix; driving while visibly impaired; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, serve three additional days immediately, five days community service work in lieu of jail time and 84 days held in abeyance; nine months probation; pay $1,375 in fines and costs

Derek Carson Johnston, 34, of Petoskey; domestic violence; serve 93 days in jail with credit for 10 days served, serve an additional three days immediately with 80 days held in abeyance; 24 months probation; pay $1,025 in fines and costs

Charles Martin Marciniak, 73, of Petoskey, unlawful use of a license plate; serve three days in jail and pay $100 in fines and costs

Kyran Kazimir Talcott, 26, of Harbor Springs; assault and battery, disorderly person; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, serve an additional 14 days immediately, 10 days community service work and 68 days held in abeyance

Cody Russell Gee, 27, of East Jordan; receiving and concealing stolen property and third-degree retail fraud; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served and 81 days held in abeyance; nine months probation; pay $925 in fines and costs

Gregory Adam Cutsy, 31, of Atlantic Mine; driving without a license on person; pay $200 in fines and costs

Charlevoix County

The following cases were heard recently in Charlevoix Countys 33rd Circuit Court

Brian Cyril Gould, 45, of East Jordan; driving with a high blood alcohol content, resisting and obstructing police; serve 180 days in jail with credit for two days served, serve 30 additional days immediately with the balance held in abeyance; 12 months probation; $250 in fines and costs

Cody Marcus ORourke, 23, of Gladstone; two counts of non-sufficient funds check three within 10 days, one count of non-sufficient funds check, $500 or more; serve 270 days in jail with credit for six days served, serve an additional 30 days immediately with the balance held in abeyance; 18 months probation; pay $5,150.68 in fines, costs and restitution

Christopher Lee Zatarga, 42, of Walloon Lake; third-degree home invasion; serve 20 months to five years in prison; pay $548 in fines and costs

Christopher Lee Zatarga, 42, of Walloon Lake; domestic violence, third offense; attempted interfering with electronic communication; serve 28 months to five years in prison with credit for 59 days served; pay $948 in fines and costs

Charlevoix Countys 90th District Court did not have any sentencing hearings for the week of Dec. 23.
