The following cases were heard recently in Emmet Countys 90th District Court:

Yalynn Ursula Nanegos, 31, of Petoskey; driving while license suspended; pay $350 in fines and costs

Alonzo Curtis Oldman, 22, of Harbor Springs; disorderly person; serve 35 days in jail with credit for 35 days served; pay $350 in fines and costs

Thomas Martin Catalano, 30, of Byron; disorderly person; pay $350 in fines and costs

Evan Lawrence Rosinski, 23, of Alanson; driving while visibly impaired; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, three days community service work in lieu of jail time and 89 days held in abeyance; six months probation; pay $1,225 in fines and costs

Michael James Livermore, 45, of Pellston; assault and battery; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, serve seven additional days immediately with 85 days held in abeyance; 12 months probation; pay $575 in fines and costs

Michael Andrew Finger, 25, of Byron; disorderly person; pay $350 in fines and costs

Martin Eugene White, 40, of Pellston; non-sufficient funds check, less than $100, serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, five days community service work in lieu of jail time and 87 days held in abeyance; six months probation; pay $547.53 in fines, costs and restitution

Christopher Lee Lafond, 34, of Vanderbilt; drunk/disorderly person; serve 90 days in jail with credit for 42 days served; pay $350 in fines and costs

Robert Samuel Magee, 36, of Boyne City; driving while license suspended; pay $350 in fines and costs

Martin Eugene White, 40, of Pellston; attempted resisting and obstructing police, non-sufficient funds check, less than $200; serve 180 days in jail with credit for two days served, serve 10 additional days immediately with 163 days held in abeyance; 24 months probation; pay $1,747.53 in fines, costs and restitution.

Chris Brian De-Arce-Vega, 29, of Charlevoix; third-degree retail fraud; pay $438.58 in fines, costs and restitution

Charlevoix County

The following cases were heard recently in Charlevoix Countys 90th District Court:

Michael Jesse Tomkins, Jr., 26, of East Jordan; impaired driving; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, seven days community service work in lieu of jail time and 85 days held in abeyance; 12 months probation; pay $625 in fines and costs

Courtney Lynn Aytes, 25, of East Jordan; driving while license suspended; pay $350 in fines and costs

Amy Lynn DePinto, 38, of East Jordan; impaired driving; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, three days community service work in lieu of jail time and 89 days held in abeyance; nine months probation; pay $925 in fines and costs

Jamie Lynn Chavez, 38, of Charlevoix; driving while intoxicated; serve 93 days in jail with credit for one day served, seven days community service work in lieu of jail time and 85 days held in abeyance; nine months probation; pay $1,325 in fines and costs and $625.02 in restitution

Kayleigh Marie Russo, 31, of Charlevoix; domestic violence; serve 93 days in jail with credit for four days served and 89 days held in abeyance; 12 months probation; pay $625 in fines and costs

Jesse Martin Ruiz-Hopkins, 30, of Gaylord; disturbing the peace; pay $300 in fines and costs

Blair Collins Welham, 40, of Charlevoix; drunk/disorderly person; pay $350 in fines and costs

The following case was heard recently in Charlevoix Countys 33rd Circuit Court:

Albert Kelii Nahinu Jr., 22, of Boyne City; possession of a controlled substance/analogues; two counts of domestic violence; serve 180 days in jail with credit for 96 days served; probation and Holmes Youthful Trainee Act status revoked.
