Oct. 6

Willie Grant, 25, Belle Plaine, was cited by court and arrested by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on charges of a first offense OWI.

Christopher Lee Cungtion Jr, 27, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for violation of probation.

Tanner Paul Harms, 27, Tama, was arrested at 809 Wilson St. by the Tama Police Dept. on a warrant for charges including gathering where controlled substances are used and drug trafficking 5gm-100kg of meth.

Oct. 10

Kayla Angel Devenney, 23, Elberbon, has a warrant issued for her arrest for failure to appear. She was released Oct. 10 on bond.

Garren Edward Davenport, 31, Toledo, was arrested by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including a 1st offense OWI and driving under suspension. He was released on bond Oct. 12.

A juvenile was arrested in the 500 block of 2nd St.l for charges including intimidation with a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.

Oct. 11

Jacquez Jordan Nipwater, 21, Toledo, was arrested at W. 17th St. and Harding St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

David Loveberry, 51, Waterloo was arrested in the 1700 block of state Highway 96 by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. for 1st offense OWI. He was released Oct. 12 on his own recognizance.

Oct. 12

Kayla Ann Schrader, 27, Tama, was ordered to appear on charges of durg trafficking 5gm-100kg of meth and gathering where controlled substances are used.

Delena Paula Stands, 19, Tama, was charged with violation of probation.

Oct. 14

Eric Ramon Lasley, 45, Marshalltown was arrested at I Ave and State Hwy 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including violation of probation, driving while barred, 3rd offense OWI, eluding, speeding, reckless driving, failure to maintain control, 2nd offense domestic abuse/assualt, child endangerment and violation of a no contact order.

A juvenile was charged with intimidation of a dangerous weapon at the Traer Manufacturing Parking Lot by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept.

Oct. 18

Joshua Quinn Brawdy, 26, Des Moines, was arrested at H Ave/State Hwy 30 by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on charges including drivers license denied/revoked for an OWI and driving under suspension. He was released on bond on Oct. 18.

Oct. 19

Stephen Andrew Weber, 51, Montezuma, was arrested at Cissys by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on a warrant for a failure to appear.

Oct. 20

Christopher Franklin Bruns, 35, Toledo, was arrested at O Ave/State Hwy 63 by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on charges including driving while license suspended, driving while barred, operating without ign interlock. He was released Oct. 20 on bond.

Luciano Mendoza, 28, Chicago, was arrested in the 2000 block of State Hwy 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant.

Oct. 22

Troy Matthew Beckman, Oskaloosa was charged with a violation of probation.

Martiniano Gallardo Jr. was arrested at 801 Garfield St. by the Tama Police Dept. on charges including domestic abuse/assault with intent, and two counts of child endangerment-no injury.

Oct. 23

Twyla Roxanne Kapayou, 32, Tama, was arrested at 100 N Main St by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on two warrants for failure to appeaar on charges of sex offender verification violation. She was released pre-trial on Oct. 23.

Levi Andrew Palmer, 36, Traer, was arrested at 100 N. Main St. by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on a warrant for charges including drug trafficking 5gm-100 kg of meth, felon in control of a firearm and drug tax stamp violations. Palmer was released Oct. 24 on bond.

Daniel Lee Dierks, 59, Traer, was arrested in the 2200 block of I Ave by the Tama County Sheriffs Dept. on charges including driving with license denied/revoked for an OWI and driving while licesnse suspended.

Oct. 24

Moises Baiza Carasco III, 40, Marshalltown, was arrested in the 200 block of E High St. by the Toledo Police Dept. for driving while barred.
