David Olmos Martinez, 49, of 603 Mull St., in Morganton, was charged with one felony count each of second-degree rape and incest. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $200,000 secured bond.
Jeremy Dean Yancey, 35, of 9750 Roger Hill Road, in Connelly Springs, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear or comply. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $4,876 cash bond.
Thomas Glenn Duckworth, 38, of 111 Buena Vista Drive, in Morganton, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. He was served by a criminal summons to appear.
Brittney Lynn Cannon, 25, of 3172 Team Seller Road, in Connelly Springs, was charged with one count each of misdemeanor damage to personal property. She was released on a written promise to appear for a trial date set for Aug. 7.
