Recent arrests of note in Henry County | News – Henry Herald

McDONOUGHHere is a summary of recent arrests of note in Henry County, according to the Henry County Sheriff's Office.

Abijah Ishmael Bell, 19, of McDonough, arrested Dec. 29 and charged with felony theft by taking.

Amanda Brooke Childs, 26, of Hampton, arrested Dec. 26 and charged with felony aggravated assault. Childs's Dec. 27 court date was reset to Jan. 30 at 2 p.m., with bond set at $5,000.

Brandi Nicole Frank, 35, of Hampton, was arrested Dec. 23 on a larceny warrant from the Meriwether County Sheriff's Office.

Brandon Scott Kilgo, 23, of Hampton, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, giving false information to a police officer and being a fugitive for failing to appear on an amphetamine possession charge. Bond was set at $1,050 on the false ID charge.

Brian Keith Lucas, 52, of McDonough, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with felony criminal trespass. He was granted $1,050 bond on Dec. 30.

Christopher Lee Painter, 42, of Grove City, Ohio, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with marijuana possession under one ounce, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. On Dec. 28, Painter was charged again with disorderly conduct.

Daniel Thomas Tonnessen, 31, of Barnesville, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding, aggressive driving, reckless driving, following too closely, failure to exercise due care, depriving a motorcycle of use of lane, improper passing on the right and a turn signal violation.

Delinda Kay Carpenter, 40, of Griffin, was arrested Dec. 23 on a fraud warrant from the Spalding County Sheriff's Office.

Donnie Curtis Caple, 52, of McDonough, was arrested Dec. 27 on a theft by taking warrant from the Atlanta Police Department.

Edgar Ruben Martinez, 40, of Riverdale, was arrested Dec. 27 on two probation violations for felony charges, including possession of cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine and narcotics or opiates.

Flinza Serrell Davis, 26, of Americus was arrested Dec. 28 on a felony theft by taking charge involving a $28,000 vehicle. Davis' Dec. 30 hearing was reset to Jan. 23 at 8:30 a.m. and he was granted $10,000 bond.

Gary Allen McElwaney, 44, of Palmetto, was arrested Dec. 28 on a probation violation for felony aggravated battery.

James Clavin Rhodes, 43, of Atlanta was arrested Dec. 28 on a probation violation for felony aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

James Michael Bare, 28, of Beavy, Ind. was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with fugitive from justice on a felony burglary charge, giving false name address or birthdate to an officer, felony theft by receiving and failure to wear a seatbelt. The theft charge was dropped. Bare's next court date is Jan. 22 at 8:30 a.m. and his bond was set at $2,025 cash on the seatbelt and false ID charges.

Jamieson Quantarius Lyman, 27, of McDonough, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with manufacture, delivery, distribution, sale, or possession with intent to distribute controlled substance and possession of a firearm or knife during commission or attempt to commit a felony. His next court date is Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. and bond was set at $6,100.

Jessica Ann Stearns, 35, of Stockbridge, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and failure to stop at a stop sign. On Dec. 28, her case was waived over to Henry County Superior Court and bond was set at $7,500.

Jonathan David Harvey, 37, of Marietta, was arrested Dec. 23 on a felony probation violation. His original charge was third-degree forgery.

Jonathan Norman Naird, 39, homeless, was arrested Dec. 23 on probation violation. His original charges were felony possession of alprazolam, hydrocodone, counterfeit drugs and theft by taking, as well as misdemeanor driving under the influence of multiple substances, following too closely and failure to wear a seat belt.

Jordan Murrell Wilkins-Tillies, 32, of Stockbridge, was arrested Dec. 27 for a felony probation violation on second-degree forgery.

Kevin Anton Mackeroy, 34, of McDonough, was arrested on Dec. 29 as a fugitive from justice on a warrant from the Broward County, Fla. Sheriff's Office for felony lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.

Lydia Margarita Garcia, 38, of Stockbridge, was arrested on Dec. 26 on a probation violation for violation of duty upon striking an unattended vehicle. Garcia also was wanted as a fugitive by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, where she was on probation on several charges.
