Sheriff’s office reports January arrests | Police and Fire – The Star Democrat

EASTON The Talbot County Sheriff's Office reported the following January arrests.

On Jan. 15, deputies arrested Jonathan Kim Walker, 68, of Georgetown, Del., on warrants issued more than a decade ago.

Police said Talbot County District Court issued arrest warrants charging Walker with failing to appear in court on June 6 and July 14, 2009. Talbot County Circuit Court issued two warrants on Sept. 24, 2009, charging Walker with probation violations, police said.

He is free on personal recognizance, according to online court records.

On Jan. 21, deputies arrested Christopher Lee Young, 36, of Royal Oak on a warrant charging him with failing to appear for a scheduled hearing in Talbot County Circuit Court on July 12, 2019. He was held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center, according to online court records.

On Jan. 29, deputies arrested Kip William Ell, 43, of Denton on a warrant issued by Caroline County District Court charging him with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Talbot County Circuit Court also issued an arrest warrant for Ell, charging him with a probation violation. He was released on $3,000 bond, police said.

On Jan. 30, deputies arrested Zentaivus Momqueal Cooley, 21, of Royal Oak on a charge of second-degree assault. Police said the charge is in connection with an alleged incident on Jan. 28. Cooley was held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center.

Police said deputies also issued 10 people civil citations charging them with possessing less than 10 grams of marijuana, and another was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. They all were released at the scene after signing the charging documents, police said.
