Van Helsing will finally move forward in time in Van Helsing Season 5 Episode 4. But Dracula has already mapped how to alter the future and everyones life. Now its on Helsings family to come up with a plan to deal with her before it gets too late. However, things dont seem to go in the way that Jacqueline Jack planned out. Even Violet needs her help to get out of this chaotic situation. Now lets see how Jack will manage everything at the same time.

Van Helsing Season 5 Episode 4, titled State Of The Union, will finally return to the present time after exploring the past life. As per the recently released promo, the Dark One aka Dracula (Tricia Helfer), is heading to claim the most powerful position: President of the United States. Well, it could turn out as a big threat for Jack (Nicole Munoz) and her team. Meanwhile, Violet (Keeya King) is forcefully interrogated for her season 4 finales attempted murder of the fake POTUS.

The episodes official synopsis reads, State Of The Union: Julius and Axel awaken in the Sunshine Unit, where a familiar person reveals the reason behind their injuries. Meanwhile, at Fort Collins, Ivory and Violet must convince their captors that they are not traitors.

As we can see in the short trailer, Dracula uses her dark powers to win over the presidential position smoothly. Well, the past events have a little bit shaken up her confidence, and now she seems in a bit of a dilemma to trust someone even from her own clan. However, shes the Dark One and knows what she wants. The promo hints at the biggest plan of this ancient blood-sucker who wants to conquer the mortal world.

Elsewhere, Jack smartly altered the past and stole some of Draculas power. But shes still the major threat in Jacks life. Though Jack changed the past yet, its unclear whether or not she could save the present and the future. Even with Draculas power, Jack seems in a threatening position where she realized that she couldnt escape from Draculas evil grip.

Well, we can clearly see the pain and torture which Violet has been going through. However, the one whos behind everything, Ivory has gone missing. Though Violet tried to deal with the situation yet, it seems her captor isnt in the state to hear any of her sly words. Now it looks like before heading to find Ivory, Violet should first manipulate those captors so they can be on her side. Can she do this?

In the most recent chapter titled Lumina Intunecata, Jack warned everyone to prepare for the battle as Dracula returned from the Dark Realm. However, in this battle, Jack used Bathorys mothers scrolls to summon the Dark One. While Jack and Bathory discussed the cons and pros, Count Dalibor appeared and asked to fight at Jacks side. Meanwhile, in an intense battle, Jack bit Draculas neck leading some of her powers to seep into Jacks soul.
