The CM Punk-Starring Horror Film ‘Girl on the Third Floor’ is Hitting Netflix in February – Bloody Disgusting

Travis Stevens made his feature directorial debut with the haunted house horror film Girl on the Third Floor, which popped up on many best of 2019 lists last year. Our own William Bibbiani raved about the film in his review for us, writing: Girl on the Third Flooris thrilling, distinctive, funny, scary, disturbing and smart. He added, It should not be missed.

We bring this up because weve learned today that Girl on the Third Floor, which stars Phil CM Punk Brooks, will begin haunting Netflix next month, on February 22, 2020.

I saw Girl on the Third Floor at the Salem Horror Fest last year, and the biggest treat for me was the cross-over of my two favorite things: pro wrestling and horror. Mind you, the film has nothing to do with wrestling whatsoever Punk never even puts a ghost to sleep but its awesome to see Punk crossing over into horror and proving he belongs on the big screen.

Punk stars as Don Koch, a man who is failing as a husband. He now views fixing up an old house as a chance to make up for past mistakes. Meanwhile, his wife, Liz Koch, is concerned about the renovation timeline as they have a baby on the way. As Don tears the house apart, it begins to tear him apart as well, revealing the rot behind the drywall.
