Now we know: As Khary Payton, who portrays King Ezekiel on The Walking Dead, so helpfully explained, Ezekiels pet tiger Shiva knew exactly which people were the bad guys she should attack in last Sundays Season 7 finale because of a clever educational program:

He may not trade in imposing misery and torment with the same degree of glee as some of his fellow scoundrels, but as a keeper of Negans rule of brutality and punishment, he should be one of the most sought-after entries on your hit list.
