Masseys been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. He is accused of electronically sending sexually explicit content to the girl during the months of December 2018 and January 2019. The case is connected to the civil suit in March 2019 Massey was sued (link)for $1.5 million for allegedly sending numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos via Snapchat but claimed he wasbeing extorted (link). The girls legal team initially opted for the civil suit against Massey, but her lawyers told her they didnt think Massey had enough money to make the case worth it. So, she says she then went to the Sheriffs Office to file a report. Police say they began investigating in early 2020, and the girls mother told cops Massey had known her since she was 4 years old. According to the docs police were given a thumb drive by the girls mother containing the explicit material Massey allegedly sent over Snap when she was 13. Cops say the series of recordings include a pornographic video clip and a video of a man who appears to be Massey exposing his penis. Massey was scheduled to appear for his arraignment Monday in King County Criminal Court in Washington, but failed to show. The vaping company Dr. Dabber has dropped Massey as an ambassador of the brand a partnership that was relatively new, as Kyles been posting shots of their products (and tagging them, of course) since May.

The 1992 rookie card nearly doubled the previous record for the most expensive female sports card. Los Angeles Dodgersstarting pitcherTrevor Baueris facing allegations of assault by a woman stemming from a sexual encounter earlier this year. Police in LA said they are investigating the alleged assault, which they say occurred around the middle of May.

The woman was granted a domestic violence restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court against Bauer, who claims she suffered severe physical and emotional pain as a result of a recent assault from Bauer. According to Bauers lawyersthey said QUOTE We have messages that show [the woman] repeatedly asking for rough sexual encounters involving requests to be choked out and slapped in the face. In both of their encounters, [the woman] drove from San Diego to Mr. Bauers residence in Pasadena, Calif., where she went on to dictate what she wanted from him sexually and he did what was asked. The Dodgers said: We were made aware of the allegations against Trevor Bauer late this afternoon and immediately contacted Major League Baseball, which will be handling the matter. The Dodgers take any allegations of this nature very seriously but will have no further comment at this time.
