Catch up on the past month of live music gold

Whether you're missing your weekly live music fix due to isolation, or your gig-going days are pretty much behind you, Live At The Wireless has your back.

The triple j and Double J live music teams have brought live music from pubs, clubs and festivals to homes around the country for decades, and that tradition hasn't gone anywhere.

Perhaps the best thing about Live At The Wireless in 2020 is that you can now listen whenever and wherever you want! Each weekly set is now available to stream on the Double J website for a whole four weeks.

Here's where we've taken you for the past month. Keep checking back so you don't miss a thing!

Mojo: you either have it or you don't. If Willie Nelson is your dad, you definitely do.

This time last year Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real spent a balmy Sunday evening tearing it up in Byron Bay with a scorcher of a set spanning country, funk, soul and good ol' rock'n'roll.

When it comes to bringing the energy theres no better band than The Grates.

Back in 2011, the Brisbane trio made the trip to Byron Bay to play Splendour In The Grass, lighting up the Amphitheatre on Saturday night with some classic Aussie pop-punk racket.

Finally, a reason to be cheerful!

When Ian Dury & The Blockheads finally made their way to Australia in 1981, they put on one hell of a show at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney. Twenty years since we lost the great punk provocateur, we bring you that magical moment in live music history.

The New York indie icons at their most pure, joyful and uplifting right when we need them the most.

Back in January, Vampire Weekend kicked off 2020 with their first run of Australian shows in over six years, touring their mammoth fourth record Father Of The Bride.

We caught up with them at Sydney's Enmore Theatre and recorded one of the most joyous live shows we've seen in a long time.
