Netflix released the first season of French teen vampire drama,Vampires, in late March 2020, but will it be back for season two?

The streaming platforms newest vampire show which takes place in a place where vampirism is a real thing. But Doina is in a risky state of affairs.

As the daughter of a human race and a female vampire, she actually still has the gene. But the medication created by her father helps her suppress those tendencies of a vampire. Doina stops taking her meds and gets to know about the bloodsucking version of the life.

Once shes off the medication, it seems like theres no returning. But the human DNA in her offers a new plot twist she drinks blood and has the strength of a vampire, but shes able to walk in the sun, unlike her vampire family.

While Season 2 ofVampireswont be released that soon, its hard to say whatthese delaysmay result in.

At the start of the season, she got into a relationship with Nacer, a human guy in her school. But Nacer was drawn away from her after knowing her secret.

Doina turned to Ladislas, who is the son of the former community leader, Csilla.

Perhaps the most major revelation is thereappearance of Doinas human father, Redouane.Doinas brother Andrea comes face-to-face with their father in the finale of the season.

But its evident that he is no longer human Redouane is now a vampire. He approaches Andrea with a verymenacingstare as thefinal episode cuts to black.
