Grand jurors in Taylor, Upshur WV counties hand up indictments – WV News

CLARKSBURG Grand jurors in Taylor and Upshur counties handed up indictments Monday, according to Taylor Prosecutor John Bord and Upshur Prosecutor Bryan Hinkle.

Those indicted are presumed innocent unless convicted, Bord and Hinkle reminded.

Indicted in Taylor County were:

Aaron D. Combs, 42, address unknown, two counts false pretenses; separately, escape.

Christopher Lee Larew, 37, Tunnelton, escape.

Michael Todd Lohr, 44, Grafton, escape.

Nicholas Scott Poe, 21, Hambleton, fleeing with reckless indifference.

Lannie E. Shaffer, 27, address unknown, failure to appear.

Dennis W. Sheppard, 60, Grafton, strangulation, domestic battery.

Aaron Shayne Simpson, 31, address unknown, third-offense driving while license suspended/revoked for DUI.

Jessica Whitmer, 39, Grafton, false pretenses.

James Robert Johnston Jr., 39, Reedsville, two counts third-offense shoplifting.

Justin Philip Moore, 22, Grafton, third-offense driving while license suspended/revoked for DUI, two separate indictments.

Timothy Junior Newlon, 42, address unknown, third-offense domestic battery, two separate indictments.

Douglas Scotchel, 35, address unknown, failure to appear.

Melissa Riggleman, 44, address unknown, failure to appear.

Alexander Wolf Weinstein, age and address not provided, third-offense domestic violence.

Jody Ray McCartney, 35, Bridgeport, manufacture of a controlled substance.

Louellen J. Bonner, 53, Grafton, 12 sex-related counts.

John Wayne Wortman, 37, Mount Olive prison, escape.

Timothy A. Trott, 44, fleeing with reckless indifference and a firearms violation.

Charles Bonner Sr., 74, Grafton, six sex charges.

Those indicted by Upshur County grand jurors, according to Hinkle:

Cassandra Dawn Kelley, 31, Buckhannon, third-offense shoplifting.

Amber Ann Keener, 30, Buckhannon, third-offense driving while license revoked for DUI.

Jonathan William Dean, 31, Buckhannon, burglary, access device fraud.

Skybluewater Keys, 43, Buckhannon, two counts third-offense shoplifting.

April Elaine Linger, 28, Buckhannon, burglary, petit larceny.

Ervin William Hinkle, 35, Kanawha Head, fleeing with reckless indifference.

Daniel Scott Grogg, 25, Buckhannon, first-degree arson.

Zachary Wilson Patterson, 24, Buckhannon, three counts access device fraud.

Charliena Jane Helmick Gilmore, 44, Buckhannon, embezzlement, falsifying accounts, conspiracy.

Garrett Wade Riley, 26, Buckhannon, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Jamie Lynn Pugh, 42, Buckhannon, first-degree arson.

Allison Christine Fultz, 31, Buckhannon, burglary, attempted strangulation, battery, two counts destruction of property.

Kendall Slade Tenney, 25, Buckhannon, two counts burglary, one count forgery, one count uttering, two counts petit larceny.

Ryan Neil Coberly, 28, Coalton, escape, firearm violation-felony, firearm violation-misdemeanor, possession of marijuana.

Leslie Ann Ramsey, 35, Gassaway, failure to appear.

Michael Albert Gagnon, 66, Buckhannon, failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registration.

Terry Lynn Ketterman, 60, Buckhannon, two counts failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registration.

Boyd Lee Marteney, 66, Buckhannon, failure to register as a sex offender, first-degree sexual abuse.

Thomas Lee Underwood, 36, Buckhannon, burglary, domestic assault, brandishing, violation of a protective order.

Justin Phipps, 33, Buckhannon, strangulation, domestic battery.

Dale Wayne Debarr, 45, Buckhannon, failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registration.

Tivis Lee Wallen, 47, Buckhannon, two counts failure to provide notice of a change in sex offender registration.

Jeffrey Andrew Saltis, 26, Buckhannon, two counts breaking and entering, one count grand larceny, one count petit larceny, two counts conspiracy.
