Wanted: Fore is wanted on no-bail warrant for obstructing and/or resisting an executive officer. His criminal history includes the theft of utility services, possessing drugs and other instances of resisting an officer.

Description: White, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 200 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.

Frequented areas: Fore has been known to frequent Oceanside, Carlsbad and other north coastal communities.
