In case you missed it, Shah Rukh Khan had dropped the trailer of his new seriesBetaalthis month. The trailer looks like a historic zombie apocalypse that we've been waiting for. It features the likes of Vineet Kumar, Aahana Kumra, Suchitra Pillai, Jitendra Joshi, Manjiri Pupala, and Syna Anand among others. Heres a look at the official synopsis ofBetaal:

A remote village becomes the theatre of a breathless battle when a two-century-old Betaal, a British Indian Army officer, and his battalion of zombie redcoats are unleashed. With Indian police pitted against the undead army, hapless villagers are trapped in a horrific, edge-of-your-seat conflict.

Betaalis going to drop this weekend on 24thMay 2020. Here are a couple of reasons why you should binge-watch the show this weekend:

1. Set during British colonial rule that spanned over a hundred years,Betaalfollows the story of an old diabolical spirit that is unleashed along with zombie soldiers of the British Empire as an army, attacking the living British Indian Army soldiers.
