‘Train to Busan’ Gets an Extended Release This July [Trailer] – Bloody Disgusting

One of the best horror films of 2016, Sang-ho Yeons Train to Busan channeled Brad Pitts World War Zby delivering non-stop zombie action on a massive scale. In fact,Train to Busan may just be one of the best zombie films of all-time. By placing much of the action on a train it creates off-the-charts tension that runs between avoiding the hordes of the undead, but also coexisting with other survivors that are more concerned with avoiding their own extinction. In fact, as I previously wrote, George A. Romero would probably laudTrain to Busan, which takes all of its cues from hisNight of the Living Dead.

With the films hotly-anticipated sequel arriving this year, Sang-ho Yeons original zombie masterpiece is getting a theatrical re-release with extended footage thats said to offer clues and secrets tied directly to Peninsula, which Well Go USA will be releasing here in the states.

Heres an official trailer to prove it. And for those lucky enough to experience this fresh cut, theyre releasing it simultaneously in 4DX on July 1st.

In Train to Busan, while a zombie virus breaks out in South Korea, passengers struggle to survive on the train from Seoul to Busan.
